After the Indo-Pakistani war of 1965 the balance of military power had decisively shifted in favor of India. Pak had found it difficult to replace the heavy equipment lost during that conflict ...... Pak lost more land then it had won, by the end of the war! and then followed 1971 and 1999.... so when was pakistan victorious??
