Those who say he is a reincarnation are wrong. If that were true, that would make his Vyers form only 2 years old. It is just Laharls dad is another form. Well, in my opinion. Also, I love how in the anime when the girl puppet said she was Laharls sister Mid-Boss said at the end of the episode, "I'm so glad she's not my love child!"

He also asked her, "Whats your mother's name? Never mind!!! I don't want to know" I guess Laharls dad was a player. Rofl

@OtakuDeju He is the reincarnation of KK, loads of clues are littered throughout the game, Etna seems surprised that he could find his way around the castle, he is the only demon unharmed by Flonne's holy pendant, which shows his pure heart, something which Laharl apparentley disliked about his father, who always talked about love to him. He is also a friend of the Seraph, and is revealed to be the main mind behind the Seraphs plan, and in one ending, you can see him with Laharls mother.

Mid-Boss is usually refered to the sub-boss or, the toughest opponent before the real boss of a stage.

For example, the Kirby games got tons of midbosses to fight.

It basically means that Laharl does'nt even see him as a boss...

I don't think the voices are annoying. This game is supposed to be cheesy, so the characters have cheesy voices. Disgaea wouldn't be Disgaea without the cheesiness ^_^

Ok I just started playing this game, and I'm stuck on him, what should I do for strategy, and what level should everyone be?

well i'll admit i got stuck on this part too,vyers is a pain in the ass. for this part,i say you should train like damn crazy and be a pretty high level.i dont remeber how i did it or what level i was but have enough items to heal yourself,some kickass weapons,and as high a level you can.

The first battle, tutorial. It might take a while, but use your highest lv char and kill the monsters there.

For Vyers, you are destroying those Geo Panels that give 3x Enemy Boost correct? If not, use throw to get a strong char (Laharl, Warriors, Brawlers) to there and destroy it immediately. Just kill off the enemies, make sure you heal your guys with a Cleric, and then proceed to gang bang Vyers. Axes are good for damaging individual units. Hurricane Slash with the sword works as well.
