Mysterious possibly extra terrestrial events occurring in a suburban neighborhood at dusk on a summer night somewhere in South Eastern New York state in the early 80's go mostly unnoticed as most families are sitting down to dinner at the time. Except for an old woman who from her window, glimpses the menacing silhouette of an unknown creature lurking far off in the foliage along her backyard bike trail entrance. She is so bewildered by the event she can only stare in blank uncertainty for hours
