i have been a fan of scorpion every since mk2 i was too young to know there was a mk1 so as i grew i collected all mk games, by age 10 i had em all, I Like this series alot,but i kinda wished they kept scorpion's costume more true to character, like mk the 1st movie for example.. but i think this is a great series, just an opinion of a true Mk fan thats all

Now from what I remember, the original story between Sub-Zero and Scorpion was that SZ killed Scorpion and to seek revenge Scorpion came back from the dead and donned a yellow ninja outfit as an insult to the cowardly tactics of the Len Quay (sorry if I spelled that wrong). Also I don't know about the Japanese version of the original MK game, but in the American version they called Scorpion's weapon a Harpoon, not a Kunai. Excellent work though.

@AWCWisp That is correct. Sub Zero (the older) killed scorpion in a Mortal Kombat tournament, so Scorpion's soul comes back from netherrealm via posession to kill sub zero and get revenge. Then his younger brother learns of this and hunts down Scorpion under the identity of his older brother Sub Zero, this is why we have 2 Zeros.

Also the original sub zero gets resurrected by Shinook and joins the Brotherhood of darkness
