For those who think it's dubbed well done (and duh!). It was part of BBC's Don't Watch That Watch This comedy series made up of short sketches whereby old clips had the dubbing changed. Part of the same series is of the tv cook Delia Smith where she makes a doner kebab, Mars bar in batter, beans on toast, chips etc. To ruin it for you, the close up shots of just the dress and arms are not her.
I am his grand daughter and I HIGHLY doubt he would have said this on live television but it has been cleverly adapted!!Did you know he invented the mirror dingy boat aswell!

Actually, the Mirror Dinghy was designed by Jack Holt... but the method of construction (stitch and glue) came from Barry Bucknell
