Kei is perfectly on beat! He is NOT off beat! The sound is not off synch! He is dancing to the up beat, hes not popping on the 1ns and 2s but hes popping on the 1, AND, 2, AND, 3, AND...the UP BEAT! perfectly on beat! Just another way to hit the music when you pop! Beautiful!
