I love the fact that Bjork is doing less sophisticated stuff and is helping out artists like Dirty Projector.

And even if she's the big star here, she's still shy, so cute <3 .

@Chocolatmenthe i really believe that DP are the real stars of the Mount Wittenberg ep. We all know Bjork and what she can do, but DP have risen to a challenge that could've been so intimitading - they've taken on this mammoth of a collaboration and have totally come out on top. If you weren't sure of DP before, surely MWO has proven that they are something else?! But you're right - the simplicity in these songs is overwhelming; its beautiful, poignant and intimate....i'm very very jealous.. :)

@therealalimccabe agreed. absolutely. They've always been pushing the envelope one way or another, and this is unbelievable. Just because he was obsessed with Bjorks Medulla he went, "okay, I want to make a cd experimenting with voices" and thats how the opening track was developed and set the tone. Bjork is just the cherry on top, to pay respect for the inspiration/influence. and To Chocolatmenthe, Bjork says she considers herself the "Cool aunt" or "granny" to new artists today :)

I don't see what the fuss is about.....honestly, I think it's one of Bjork's best collaborations. I don't get how people, especially Bjork fans, can't appreciate this ridiculously beautiful music. I am totally in love with this song, and seriously want this played at my wedding, exactly just like this. It is sooo simple, yet so delicate and powerful. I hope the recordings surface one day, I'll totally jizz my f'n pants.

@johnartmaster yeah, how could you love bjork and all of her weirdness and think nothing of this? you just hate new music? to me this is almost like an extension of bjork. i mean that it sounds like its right up her creative alley. kinda like the stuff on the medulla album (that is created with only voice)...

i know shes amazing. for one thing this is at a bookstore, and its probably the middle of the afternoon (which, if any of you play music know that is the worst time (for the musicians ) since most musical performances are at night) so they were probably off their game. AND all the videos of this were taken on fucking phone cameras. What i dont understand is how you can be so detested by this?  Have you listened to their new record Bitte Orca? I tell you what duder.. it coulda been a contenda
