But, the courts could have given him manslaughter because they proved him to be insane. So, good question. I guess it just depends on the trial and what evidence they can show. If it had been a gun I could understand. Or maybe if everyone around him was handicapped, elderly or a child. Everyone walked by the guy and left didn't they? At some point several people were standing closely behind the guy. I know there's a risk, but who said saving lives isn't risky.

@pskismx Manslaughter is usually a provocation type murder or accidental murder (just wanting to hurt somebody but end up killing them). If the victim was doing anything to provoke the attack (which he wasn't) then maybe he could have gotten manslaughter. But, the courts could have given him manslaughter because they proved him to be insane. So, good question. I guess it just depends on the trial and what evidence they can show. I think 2nd degree murder fits here better.

And actually 3 people now have pressed charges against greyhound but What the hell can Greyhound do? It's not their fault; All i know is that the last 3 times Ive tripped on Greyhound it was excellent. The only difference i saw after this is they check your carry-on bag and your pockets/jacket. Which is understandable.

The passengers on the bus were cowards and so were the police. The police and the passengers stood outside while watching this Chink behead the young boy. They also stood watching while the Chink stood holding the guys head while chewing on the ear he cut off this poor fellow. The cops watched all this instead of going on the bus and using a stun gun or shooting the bastard. The police and the passengers watched instead of helping him.
