@blackjet21, he start alfatihah but not in loud (sirr) coz in shahih muslim no.605 Ibnu Abbas r.a say that he pray with Rasulullah Sollu alaih wa sallam, also abu bakar r.a and also umar and usman, and he not hear one of them say Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

this is incorrect. ahmed saud's voice is dubbed on this video. at 2:45  he finishes the surah and says allahuakbar and goes into ruku yet everyone in the video is still standing. take this video down.
