It looks like he is using Xara Xtreme - it is a great vector drawing program. Since Adobe Freehand is being discontinued, Xara Xtreme is the way to go.

Ok, this is a great clip! Shows you how a good graphic artist uses Xara Xtreme to create quality art. Loved the humour of fast music to sped up drawing. I don't use photoshop, it is OpenCanves.

It just emulates the sketch drawing on paper, I'm used to it.

Xara is great, but I beleive it is best for another work :)
