Cardio will get us all there. It's programs like Insanity and other that have proven to deliver results. With motivated individuals, it can be done! Trust me...belly fat and scared to take off my shirt...yeah, that was me. P90X will get you there, but Insanity will make you dig "Deeper!" like never before. And what makes it more scary, the Asylum is out and ready to be pushed:} Just look at the difference in bodyfat comparison with Shaun T's Insanity vs Asylum. You do the math.
@GR8GUY54 : Insanity is ok for those who want to gain cardio endurance and lose some body fat but you will not gain muscle without doing resistance training. I'm a P90X guy myself. Asylum is a step in the right direction though.
@P4ND4filmz I think you should get both because they both do different things and they will both help you get good results. have you seen my P90X blog site yet? I literally just wrote a post on that very subject GetRippedAtHome(dot)com
@ogcItaliNinja : Then I would do the recovery drink because it will help you the most post workout and it still has protein in it. Message me and I will show you how to get it.
@scal11083 i know how i can get it, and is there an alternative to pullups and chinups etc, because this week coming up im going camping and have no way of doing pullupsm, chinups etc. and i dont have bands. thanks. and sorry for all the questions
@P4ND4filmz : Yes on my site you can join my team (I'm a coach for those doing P90X, I help others get the best results possible). I have a fitness group for those on my team.
He still didnt really explain why theres no cardio. Is it because there is too many videos? or because there are already so many cardio vids out there? and if theres no cardio isnt most of p90x2 going to be resistance training except stretch. The only other cardio I can think of is plyocide.. and maybe P.A.P lower but every thing else has resistanec training I believe.
@123MMHS : I think he explained it fine. You don't need cardio because the workouts keep your heart rate high enough so your burning calories as your doing core and strength training.
