  • nachas!! tumba deeda tumba yaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yep, another Rothschild subsidised 'charity' project.

  • Who is at 2:03 & 3:27??

  • I wish I knew Yiddish

  • i buy alll my dvds and cds i must have spent thousands on jewish music and dvds videos and cds - by the way thats pounds not dollars!

  • 3:51 is shimmy goldstein from london stamford hill

  • And, if it's to much for you to buy a CD than don't buy but to get a copy and be stealing??!! Unacceptable!!! If you can't afford or don't want a whole CD, then go on mostly music and only purchase the song(s) you want!!

  • Who is it 3:51 ??

  • If I rip and copy this song is it stealing?

  • "15 bucks is waaay too much for a CD, for those prices I can copy!" That's easy to say, but if you would think about it during ne'ilah, do you think you would reach the same conclusion?

And for those that claim that it's mutar, see Igros Moshe O"C 4:40:19 where Reb Moshe writes unequivocally that it's asur. There's no one in the Reb Moshe's league who argues with him on this.

  • $15 is too much for an album and it's a waste of time to even listen to it?

If that was true YOU WOULDN'T STEAL IT.

  • wether you agree or disagree with the message, the video is nice and cute! I Like!

  • I'm not from the ppl who are copying CD's and I know its ganeiva, (just wondering... Before u were a famous u use to copy?!)

  • Nice, but point is that many poskim say it מותר עפ״י הלכה to copy

  • vos iz dos?

  • I'm surprised that Lipa isn't in this

  • , he was in my yeshiva at Zuckers!!!

  • shimmy amaaaziing!!!! like the shades lol

  • I have made a statement regarding the comments on this page on my profile page. thank you. have a happy hannukah

  • Moshe L. Keegel says ...

  • גיט א שמייכל!!! קויפט א cd!!! הערט אין האט הנאה!!! די ביסט אויף מיין זייט ?

  • And would everyone please just stop complaining about how cheap CDs are, when it’s not the singer’s fault that they don’t make cassettes anymore. If you don't want a CD, I can understand that, but that doesn't mean you should steal instead. Websites like MostlyMusic sells downloads, so you don’t steal from anyone’s parnasah, and they cost less than an actual CD in the store would.

  • I think a lot of people missed the point of this video. (Or maybe it’s me?) I don’t think they were saying copying a CD over, for example to put a copy in your car, is wrong. I think they meant literally sending MP3 files to people who have not paid for them.

  • Tuchus oifn tish. its not ok 2 steal because u dont like how jewish download websites are designed. its not ok 2 steal because u dont like how it sounds, it's not ok 2 steal because CDs scratch easy, it's not ok 2 steal because a cd cost $16 dollars, it's not ok 2 steal, ever, no matter what ur rav who you asked the question in a way that the chicken is always kosher says. ur yetzer haras working overtime to justify your gneiveh. the discussion is stealing, not quality level of the stolen item

  • So all it will take to get rid of this onslaught of Non-Jewish music is to just keep copying it? good news.

  • very nice..

btw Copyright concept and composition is by Gershi Shwartz from london

didnt say so on the clip??

  • The comments are disturbing. You don't like a CD don't buy it! but to steal? How is it permitted? It cost way over 50,000 dollars to make a CD and some times over 100,000 dollars. It is stealing PERIOD. Don't make illegal copies!

  • @GershonShapiro -- Nobody said its permitted! What we say is that you're fighting a lost war, give up!! The גמרא says לאו עכברא גנב אלא חורא גנב. You charge 16 for something that would last for little time so you're inviting ppl to just copy. You lost this war.

  • @zaliwins see my video for response.

  • @zaliwins first of I am glad that you agree that IT IS NOT PERMITTED. You really think that 16 dollars is too much for a CD? Do you realize how much it cost to make one? do you know that most CDs lose money? I see people paying for a lunch or diner at restaurants more than 16 dollars for food that is digested and gone whereas a CD is there and one can keep listening and enjoy it over and over gain for the same 16 dollars. Get real people!

  • @GershonShapiro -- "whereas a CD is there and one can keep listening and enjoy it over and over gain for the same 16 dollars. Get real people!"

LOL....... ARE YOU FOR REAL ... DO YOU HAVE SOME KIND OF MAGIC HOW NOT TO SCRATCH A CD ???

  • I'm only willing to pay for an MBD cd, all the other Jewish artists are trying so hard to sound as goyshe as possible so I might as well buy real goyshe stuff!

  • of course there are some not so good CD/singers coming out with music/songs that are not worth listening to. so before you go out and buy a CD make some research. find out if its worth spending your hard worked money. but stealing for other ppl has no legit answer. buy supporting the jewish music industry. you help them do a better job and bring you more quality music

  • there a lot of very good music. staring from the old timers like MBD and avraham fried. and i believe that you all agree that spending 15/16$ is not not much(if the music on it is good). But if you get use to copy every CD that comes out why should they continue to come up with good songs spending about 100K and have about 6 guys work all year round to come up with new ideas and spend and unbelievable amount of time to get the best stuff for the next jewish weddings to come.

  • Oh yea and swing is awesome

  • U guys r gr8! Berry! Yoily! Shloime! All of u....! U guys r 100% rihgt!!! Copying a cd is poshete g'neivah!

  • Dear shloime's keep up the good work

  • to all singers and producers and distributors to late baby 15/16 dollars for a CD is to much and especially most of them are a waste of time to even listen i urge anyone to copy when ever they can

  • @zidyboby The goyim charge about the same amount for their secular music, sometimes even more than that, in LOCAL stores (obviously you can get them cheaper from Walmart, but you won't find Jewish CDs there)

  • @zidyboby

Please understand the most artist today have a sampler out so you can listen to it and decide if in fact you like the music, Its up to you to take the time and listen to it...I hope you don't copy my album I rather give you a free copy if you promise not to copy anymore...

  • Many people feel guilty 'enjoying' copied music or video, others think/feel that halacha allows it (in certain scenarios). Therefore, you will not accomplish too much by 'stra-shening gehenem'.

THERE IS A *marketing* SOLUTION! Allow 0.99 cents (or less) purchase of each track!

Why can't I buy ALL heimishe tracks on Amazon, ITunes, or Google? (only few tracks)

Our artists don't realize they will actually make much more gelt! People happily pay 4 a few tracks. In the end many more happy sales.

  • @nat101yt I believe, and although I can't vouch for all the artists, but there may not be enough of Orthodox Jewish people who use iTunes, since it has non jewish material which also contains explicit perverted material that they don't want to expose

  • @MultiScott55 nobody forces you to buy them if you don't like them don't buy it. But that gives u no right to copy them. Besides its illegal. I won't steal a sandwich because it's so expensive. $6 for something I'll eat up in 3 minutes? If they come down with the price I'll start paying!!"

  • @TheUmanHighlights -- Please!! Someone who pays $6 a sandwich that's his choice, he probably can afford it otherwise he would've bought a bagel in grocery for 35 cents and tuna with mayo @ home. He is a foile shtrik so he pays. But when it comes to cd's there is no way out, you guys force everyone tp pay 16 bucks for a worthless piece sensitive junk, no cassettes available. What a shame, cut it!!!

  • @fyg55 there are no cassette players available either! try buying downloads, they are much cheaper!

  • @shimmy422 -- Thats a cute joke. Go into any electronics store ul see 10 brands of cassettes players, and most cd boombox players have cassette players built in.

  • Nice video. Perhaps a website selling Jewish Digital Music, THAT IS SIMPLE TO USE AND WORKS, would go a long way to solve this issue. I try to purchase my mp3’s online and it’s a nightmare! (I always have problems unless I can find it on a mainstream site like Amazon) You need a clean modern site that is up-to-date, focuses just on mp3 and Has ALL Jewish music in one place. Get with the times!

  • @goofyDAdog Did you try mostlymusic?

  • @bagelchickenlegs Didn’t want to name names, but, yes they have messed me around before.

  • @goofyDAdog Oh wow. I never had problems with them before. Sorry to hear that...

  • to MultiScott55: If you dont think that its worth $16 then dont buy it that dont give you a right to steal. If you dont think its worth it then you wont listen to the music on the cd

  • Selling a cheap CD is Gneive too!! Why should anyone pay $16 for a cheap junk that lasts 2 days until it starts making all kind of problems ?? I would agree that we should not make copies of cassettes cuz that lasts a life time. You guys have a lot chutzpe asking 16 dollars for something that isn't worth a dime. I'll continue making copies sue me!!

  • @MultiScott55 Agree!!!!! ask 6 dollars and no one will copy. till last few years a tape was 10 dollars and i think a tape cost more then CD...

  • @MultiScott55 if rabbonim say it's genayva, then you'll be the one who will burn for it.

  • @shimmy422 -- rabbonim say many things you don't follow........

  • @zaliwins you know me? how do you know I don't ask my rav and follow what he says? and even if I don't, that doesn't make it right

  • @shimmy422 -- Lol thanks for putting a smile on my face.
