It appears that when the judges are discussing to hand proceed with the murder charge or change the offence,one of the judges said that the offence should be changed to Voluntarily Causing Hurt which carries a punishment of one year imprisonment or fine up till one thousand dollars or both...

Years been since Huang Na was gone...a man, Took was sentenced to death. I was in the mist of doing an assignment n goin thru this video...i just felt sad for both Huang Na n the man. Well, no doubt he was charged for murder n already sentenced to death, but till today nobody really knew exactly what had happened.
