I can remember trying to get this game to work on my Pentium 3 :P now that I have a 3ghz Celeron D, it is happy the way it is now :) I love this game! Different then most games made :)

A nice trailer for the game of the century ( in my opinion).

This is one of few games which actually has some sort of aesthetics.

This is without doubt the best Rpg ever made, despite it's lacks.

If Troika Games will be reformed one day, then please Tim Cain : Make a Arcanum 2 but take your time with it and dont make it like Fallout 3.

It was a game where it wasnt just about making money. The people who made this game were artists. This also includes Ben Houge, who composed the music for it.

Totally NOT like Oblivion!

Oblivion is shallow with an empty, soulless world and a trivial story set in standard fantasy land, while Arcanum is set in a creative world where Dwarves started the Industrial Revolution, and where most of the characters actually have depth. Oblivion was a game created for the sole purpose of making money, Arcanum was a game into which the developers actually put some thought.
