yes it is PCIe 2.0 , but they mean but 16x is this generation of PCIe ( ver 2.0 ) is 16 times faster ( 16 faster bus\transfer rate ) than standard PCI .

And it also has SLI option .

actually x16 is the interface, and pcie 2.0 cards gets more bandwidth than pcie in a pcie 2.0 slot. This is Crossfire ready meaning you can have 2 Ati Radeons that support it not Nvidia Geforce. Nvidia creates their own chipset for SLI.

definitely not this board. not ANY board wit an Intel chipset for that matter, seeing as their all Crossfire only and not SLI. best to go with a 680i or 780i board from XFX or eVGA. they're your only choice if u want to run 2 8800GTS.

Erm, no, you should think twice before replying. Pentium Ds doesn't run hot. Fuck, my 925 idles at 36C. C2D kicks the crap out of them, and it's obvious. They're fuckin' newer. Kinda makes me sad that you can't even make a difference between two CPUs. Pentium Ds are destroyed by C2Ds, but I am very happy with my 925. Not you, nor any PD hater will take that away.
