Jimmy's voice sounded brilliant here, i think now, as he's getting up there in age, his voice sounds so much better when he is not trying to bust it out, just sounds great sitting down and singing like he is here. So much respect for the man, a true Aussie legend.

This is one of three of my all time favourite songs ever. This is one of the first songs I remember my father singing. When I hear it, it always brings a tear to my eye, just remembering him sing it. I love this song so much!! This version just makes it all so much better. Thank you for this. :)

I once spoke to Maria on a Sydney radio station, I look forward to meeting her one day to thank her for the music I have enjoyed listening to all these years and Jimmy, well what can I say he's a classic in his own right, even a heart problem won't keep this good man down. God bless them both. Not many people on earth can say they lived through a time of fantastic music and good times. There's so much to live for, this is just one of them :)
