  • Stupid idiots!

  • LOL what a joke! really?...really? bwahahahahaha really!!!

  • why are they busting this poor cop's balls? Seems to me he's trying to be pretty cool and the people filming him are the ones being dicks.

  • One last comment. I would be happy beyond compare to have more police officers like this one. He is courteous, patient, and has a level approach to Mr A. Knowing Public. Not bad on the eyes either (this is an explicitly and overtly sexiest comment but I cannot recall the statute number then the law must not exist. Oops.).

  • Goodness, where do we get some of these characters. First point, don't. It is impolite and disrespectful to point your finger at someone like that. Secondly, I would first select the officer if I wanted to know something about the law, especially in regard to public safety. Yet I do not see the importance in police officers knowing statue numbers and other coding when it comes to the law. To me it would seem like the mosre important would be to know the actual law. Finally, this guy needs (*&^%!

  • Border Patrol has juristiction to within 100 miles of the US border. They can do checkpoints anywhere with in that area. Look it up .

  • sorry brain* maybe i need a new one too hu lol

  • you can tell that cops brian is nothing but goo in that head of his.all he can do is nod and try to act like he understands.mindless drones following orders thats all police are these days.

  • Since when did liberals support a police state? It was Bush that created the Department of Homeland Security and pushed through the Patriot Act. Fighting for our rights is not a liberal, conservative, Republican, or Democratic thing. It's an American thing. So I tip my hat of to you and your group. But please don't divide us by saying BS about liberals. We need to unite to defend the constitution, not squabble amongst ourselves.

  • So I TOTALLY agree with you protesting the checkpoint BUT I am a liberal, I love my country, and LOVE my RIGHTS even more! Please stop spewing hate about liberals, mexicans, free ride, food stamp crap...All it does it make me want to tell u to F-OFF not embrace a follow American standing up for OUR rights!! I am just as pissed about what of beautiful country being turned into a POLICE STATE but spewing HATE is NOT helping our cause!!

  • But finally a checkpoint vid .I been looking for them for a long time.

  • Loved the vid HATED the hype music ! change that!

  • Yeah, because there is no way an illegal alien could get past the border. Let them do their jobs. Gooberdouches....one and all.

  • MUCH awesome points to the cop for being so patient. Next time, taze them all and take the camera. Cops have to deal with assholes like these with WAY too much time of their hands on a regular basis. "I know my rights! omg!"...stfu. It's a fucking check point, not a 9/11 conspiracy. Jesus tittyfucking christ.

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL The stupid bitch in the beginning of the video need to go back to school and learn the difference between a compass and a map!!!!!!!!!

  • @djmg800

You needs to understand that a compass does. It tell you what direction you are heading and in this case these roadblocks are heading north not south.

  • @RP4409 Exactly, it does not tel you how far away borders, places, or landmarks are!!!!!!

  • @RP4409 looks like you need spelling class all over again,,,

  • Thats right! the US Gov. created this immigration problem. Our border policy is a joke. We have thousands of military personnel over seas and almost no one guarding our borders. If you want to protect the homeland do it in the USA along the border not in Afghanistan,Iran, Iraq or syria! A borderless continent is what the US Gov really wants thats why they arent paying attention to our borders. READ more about the North American Union and immigration topics on..MilitantPatriot com.

  • These are the dumbest vids ever made,no wonder the US is so fucked up.The only thing you idiots with the camera are proving is that your complete retards who make video's that are a joke to most people. Go get a life NERDS

  • Why the hell are you preaching to the cops??? Teach the general public and dont waste the time of law enforcement.

  • Protesting isn't what jesus would do. That nancy-boy reverend who got his ass beat has always been trying to become a martyr. Screaming at CBP is like the equivalent of yelling at a cashier for a defective store item....it's fucking pointless and places blame completely on the wrong party.

  • why is it these morons think they will change policy, procedure and legislated laws on the street corner, waiving signs or confronting police?? their true motive is to elicit some irrational, sensational and violent response in hopes of a lawsuit, which has nothing to do with the reason of the protest. go set up your free speech in front of the governors office and local representatives offices. protest to change not to just bitch and moan in public.

  • steven anderson starting trouble again

  • its not a nazi check point. the worst they would do is tickle you with feathers, do history search on what did happened at nazi check points, no comparrison dont use that card or publicity stunts, just to get famous, intentionally stirring trouble for a youtube cam video. how about stop drunk drivers on the road and film them, dont let them pass, save more lives, what you do doesnt save one life.

  • Yeah I never understood these checkpoints. They have them in California too. We went down to the Salton Sea to check out the decayed landscape for a documentary, and upon our return had to pass through an immigration checkpoint and I was thinking WTF? We didn't even come from Mexico! The border was like 50 miles away. We got waved through no problem, but just the idea of being checked by border patrol in my own country is kind of ...strange. Good thing I wasn't driving, with my Spanish last name

  • Wow I am with the protesters !!

But I have to say that is the best cop ever !!!!!!!!!!

Totally nice guy ! If all cops were like him we would have less tension !!!!!

  • All these videos are the same. This asshole is making youtube money out of harassing these workers.

  • This cop is like...i dont get paid enough to deal with mentally ill people.

  • another idiot with a camera looking for trouble

  • Brilliant, keep up the fight

  • if you are free talk to the police and tell him to fuck off ?.

  • Americans..

  • you are bunch of idiots

  • Come to australia you happy americans ;)

  • I have to say that he seemed like he was a pretty understanding officer and was attempting to allow you to speak your piece. I am typically apauled at the way the officers in most youtube videos act when confronted but this officer seems to have been trying to understand where you were coming from. Maybe if you would have lowered your voices, spoke one at a time and chilled out a bit you would have gotten farther. I agree we should keep them in check to protect our rights but there are some

  • @Archer46176 officers who feel just like we freedomw loving, Bill of Rights loving, Constitution FOR the United States loving ( yes there are 2 different Constitutions one that says FOR the US and one that says OF the US) American CITIZENS. I am totally against illegal searches but just think about it a bit next time maybe the guy with the badge is understanding of your/ our position on the subject and is honestly just doing what he is told in order to feed his family. Maybe he is trying to

  • @Archer46176 figure out how he can help to change the minds of "the powers that be" to prevent innocent American CITIZENS from having their rights violated.

  • Ron Paul 2012...our hell is just beginning!

  • The agent seemed pretty nice.

  • If you people hate America, why don't you just leave?

  • What idiot the maker of this video is..

  • You have way too much time on your hands... you make this seem alot worse than it really is.. you are just a modern day hippy.. so go smoke your peace pipe and relax

  • Well done guys!

  • Thanks guys, we made it through just fine ! We will call ya next time the load is comming.

  • Dumb as a brick, yep, he's a cop.

  • omg not good my friends

  • The cop was being reasonable, why be a complete cunt when he's just trying to do his job? Yeah, there are lots of corrup cops everywhere, all over the world, but there are still cops who do their job correctly..

  • that cop was actually just trying to do his job.

  • you hippies suck

  • Haha he looked like he shit his pants

  • why dont you look and see how many people where talking illegal things into this country you dumbass

  • The USA is doing great harm to a lot of people around the world. But all this madness will return to home. They won't make an exception because you are a citizen of this country.

  • This officer was being pretty reasonable with you, and y'all talked over him time and again.

  • cops need to crack down on these hippies

  • @Banminator Hmm. Liberals wouldn't call people hippies, conservatives are too smart to call freedom fighters hippies. I've determined that you are an :::: Idiot.

  • @RussianWilderness Seeing the world in conservative and liberal, eh. What does that make you...

  • I kinda feel bad for the cop seems like a decent person not all pissy like most of em. But this is just getting upserd there going after the religions and the people who made this country great and that is just wrong. Down with the police state.

  • mopssad not muslims did 9/11/01

  • Nazi with the still shot camera in background is a reptilian. The rest of the Nazi's are just really really dumbed down hell bounders, slowly on their way below. Good luck with that you dim-witted inhuman thugs. This will all be over soon folks. Until then, lock and load. Study sovereignty and know your UNalienABLE rights so you can deal with these goons in police uniforms. They ARE NOT here to protect. They ARE here to enforce statutory law which DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU WITHOUT CONSENT.

    Peace,

    7

  • apparantly there is an authority issue here....the idiot minister failed to comply like an adult so he got the shit beat out of him....case closed.

  • This minister Anderson is a jerk. Checkpoints have been here since I was a child. The Border Patrol has a job to do especially now since the threat of terror has escalated. I cannot stand people like Anderson who reject the protection these guys are trying to give him....He just does not see it....Maybe he's doing it because he feels like it will raise the nubmers in his church attendance i don't know. I watched the hearing he was being a jerk from the begining deliberatly provoking them.

  • I don't know why you morons have a problem with these checkpoints. I have never had an issue going through.

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld: Just because you have never had an issue, doesn't mean everyone hasn't had an issue.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Is true, but being a dick never helps. Anyone I've ever met personally who has had trouble with the border patrol or state police is usually an obnoxious belligerent cunt. Say yes sir, no sir, thank you sir, and they usually tell you to smarten up and let you go. At the border patrol in particular, they wanted to put the dog in my semi truck. I asked politely if I could put a couple towels down on the floor cause I'd like to keep my carpet clean. He looked in side, saw how clean my

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld truck was, and he just said "don't worry about it" and sent me on my way without an issue.

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld: Please let me share the other side.

I drove up to a checkpoint, answered "Yes sir I am. How else can I help you?" to the citizenship question.

I was threatened with having the sheriff called to arrest me, unlawfully detained, and finally let go after a threat with a call into my work manager.

My 'crime'? I didn't roll down my window all of the way.

And it's all recorded on audio.

Like said. Some people have had issues.

  • @Pafoofnik1

Where is the Audio? Send it to me....lets make a video

  • @RP4409: I'll respond in a Private message.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Did you roll the window all the way down after he asked you to, or did you ask "why is it necessary for me to roll my window all the way down?". I find it hard to believe they would threaten you if you gave them to reason to.

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld: No, I did not roll the window all of the way down. He said he could not see my face so I leaned forward and looked through the open part of the window so he could. He then told me to roll it all of the way down. I replied "No thank you. How else can I help you?"

In other words, I followed the law.

That's when his friend came over and threatened me. Maybe it was 'roid rage. Doesn't matter. Threats are threats regardless of the motive.

  • @Pafoofnik1 But rolling the window all the way down would have resulted in no issues, correct? I understand where you are coming from, you have to responsibility to roll the window all the way down, among may other things people often do when they dont have to. But doing those things can make everyones life a lot easier. I didn't have to let them put a dog in my truck. If I had just said No, you're damn right I would have been pulled out of the truck.

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld: Not rolling my window all of the way down should not have resulted in issues.

Now you say: "you have to responsibility to roll the window all the way down"

    No. I do not.

I think it helps to understand that I was not the one disobeying the law in my incident, the agents were.

  • @Pafoofnik1 My bad dude, I meant to say you have NO responsibility. Just a typo, it would be rather bipolar of me to jump from one extreme to the other lol. I was trying to say I understand what you mean, but rolling the window down would have just saved the bullshit, ya dig?

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld: No worries.

Yes, rolling down the window would have eliminated the problem. It was the agents that decided to make it a problem when they stepped outside of the law. ]

I just set there and watched the antics, while my audio recorders were humming away, providing many people with something to laugh over later.

Sometimes its good to be a nerd.

I don't put a time limit or ease of use on my rights.

  • ...and im pretty sure they dont just be like, imma search your car, they quetion you then send you on your way.

  • i love it becouse, its like they think they're changing something, take it up with the president if you got a problem.

  • lol the cop has this lost look on his face. Not sure what to think I guess. Probably has never been confronted. I still wonder who is right on this and if people hate these laws can they be changed?

  • @jakewestwn The basic idea of "Don't be an asshat and you wont be treated like an asshat" comes to mind. I've been through these checkpoints many times, never had an issue. Its these extremist fucks who have an issue with every little detail because the country isnt run exactly how they want it to be.

  • @mannwhosoldtheworld: Next time you go through one, exercise your right to remain silent and see how it goes for you.

  • So did the nasaly voiced man get beat? I can't find part 2 but odd he dosen't show us unless it's like court evidence but this vid is several years old now.

  • God forbid some people who are in need should get something for nothing from the richest country on the planet. You can spend a trillion dollars on a war to make the oil companies richer, but don't attempt to throw a crust of bread to a starving fellow human being, you'll be labeled a communist, or at least a socialist. The karmic wheel goes round and round. It will stop on you, this much is certain. It's only a matter of when. In the meantime I suggest you try to not be so damn stingy.

  • Poor Officer McNeill. Sorry guys but I think there are more appropriate people to be talking to then this person if you want to make a difference. This is just one man, doing his job.

  • Towards the end, everybody is filming everybody. LOL!

  • You know it's people like this that actually make cops into assholes. The cop's being kind and respectful, while you have a camera pointed at him and just throw all of your cool edgy facts at him without even letting him explain a damn thing. The cop's just going to say fuck it from now on, and either ignore, or be a dick to others. Well done.

  • @sm4rtiez said: "You know it's people like this that actually make cops into assholes."

This is known as the :of course she deserved it, just look at how she was dressed: excuse.

  • this would have been a great video if the cop slapped and arrested those 2 faggots!

  • The cop is doing what he is told if you want to convince someone of the law. Protest to the mayor, governor and so on the cop does what he is told he cant change the law

  • I dont believe this video was handled appropriately. The cop let him talk, least he could do was let the cop talk. This is jut some blow hard ranting and raving. Yea he has some points. But they dont apply to this situation. He makes assumptions, and accusations based on nothing that happened in the video.

  • This cop is being really nice and reasonable and that one guy is just yelling at him the whole time. I agree with what the guy is saying, but he doesn't have to be such a dick to an obviously kind officer. They're not all bad.

  • I'm enjoying watching your videos, and defending you (enlightening people) against ignorant people. But just a suggestion, as mentioned before your part 2 is private and shouldn't be. But also - the term "the answer to 1984 is 1776" may want to be removed. 1776 is the year the Illuminati were formed. fyi.

  • @VD420herpes ....Ohhhh I didn't know the Illuminati filed their articles of organization in 1776 :)

  • @RP4409 lol. I suppose no one can claim this as fact. But people who "research" in that end of things claim this to be an accepted truth. Plus Alex Jones says this quote, and while being a spreader of truth, he's also a fear mongerer in my opinion. But keep up the good work, thank you for your commitment to the people and fighting for them, while they consume and consume and borrow and borrow. Peace.

  • @VD420herpes the illuminati established their plan for global dominance in 1776

  • YOU ARE A BUNCH OF DOUCHE BAGS. GO BACK AND LEARN THE LAW BOTHE STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

  • @giostormusn1 - You could learn a thing or two yourself. Respect is one. You think it's a good idea that people can search you and your property without due process of law? Look up what a US general and President: Dwight Eisenhower had to say - search dwight eisenhower military industrial complex. That's right, the crazy conspiracy theorist term was coined by a respected man, and a Commander in chief. Or continue to ignorantly give up your rights for national security. So many "terrorists" ! lol

  • The border control does a great job. They have the right to check up to 100 miles from the border.

  • @runningwolfkenpo lol i wouldnt be here if they were doing such a great job

  • @runningwolfkenpo said: "They have the right to check up to 100 miles from the border."

CITE: "...Border Patrol's routine stopping... for brief questioning of the vehicle's occupants... any further detention or search must be based on [the greater showing of] consent or probable cause"

  • these gyes have murdered somebody? like you say in description. you gyess suck you didnt even let him to answer and go to ask questions to people who have ordered to those cops to that checkpoint.

  • hahaha besides the woman at the beginning thinking a compass measures distance....well actually nothing in this video is correct except what the policeman politely tells him. get a life they dont iterrogate you. they ask for ids and make sure you arent some wanted criminal or an illegal stealing our tax dollars. get a clue and grow up 4409

  • @gigga52 - It is your right to be safe from unwarranted searches. You think it's a good idea that people can search you (and/or demand your papers) without due process of law? Your forefathers included this right for a reason, but I suppose you're smarter than them. You, my brother have some growing up to do. Even one of your own commander in chiefs warned the public about these things. (dwight eisenhower military industrial complex) - search it. But you probably know more than him too...

  • @VD420herpes when you introduce yourself to someone new you identify yourself. When a policemen asks for an ID so he can know if you're a felon, escaped convict, child molester, or an illegal alien I see nothing wrong with it. You aren't forfeiting ANY rights our forefathers gave us you dope. I know what Eisenhower said, and on a whole I agree we should have asmaller "defense" budget and resist continuous and pointless war. Nothing to do with policemen at home keeping society somewhat safe.

  • @gigga52 and it's YOUR RIGHT to not have to provide anything to anyone if you choose not to. You think it's just 'ok' for authority figures to go round demanding without any real reason for their papers? It's how nazi germany started. And I don't believe I called you any names, although I could seeing as how ur making fun of someone that makes no sense. There are 2 types of compasses, one of them can measure distance, you dope.

  • @gigga52 and just a clue - if ur worried about tax dollars, maybe you wouldn't be taxed so much if the government (the people) didn't borrow and borrow trillions at interest, from a private corporation... instead of creating yourselves such as JFK and Lincoln wanted to do, but I guess ur smarter than them. This isn't about immigration for cryin out loud,no is it for safety. You're being tricked into willfully giving up ur rights for national security. Search JFK best speech ever.

  • @VD420herpes I don't want to get drawn into an all encompassing arguement about everything wrong with our government currently, I'm sure we would agree on ALOT of points. If I offended you, my apologies. I don't see anything to get flustered about by these checkpoints. I think it's propaganda to think it's anything similar to Nazi type f a scenario. There are WAY more pressing issues than this. I think its ridiculous to worry about this if you have nothing to hide.

  • @gigga52 apology accepted. To respond:No, one of us going through this checkpoint and consenting to a search isn't really a big deal, it's the principle of it all that's the issue. Pretty soon people will forget they have this right, this thing called law and only see that we must obey all authority, regardless of them acting unlawfully. This is what your forefathers wanted to avoid in the first place. And might I add, u think in 1930 a jew saying "they're gonna put us on trains" was listened to?

  • @VD420herpes once again i think correlating anything in modern day American to 1930's Nazi Germany is beyond a stretch of imagination and essentially conspiracy theory type of a deduction.

  • @gigga52 gee, how did I know you would ignore my statements and focus solely on my metaphor, forget it. Continue to willfully surrender ur rights for national securtiy, despite the advice/warning of some of the greatest men in history (President JFK, General and President Eisenhower). They've got nothing on you bro.... blindness. It's easier if they have a population of people like u to surrender their rights instead of having to take them away. Jefferson's rolling over in his grave!

  • P.S. you choice of music also sucks

  • Dude, you are so f'ed up. This cop was being very nice and all you did was scream like a little baby. Why would they interogate you? What do they do just pick you out of everyone driving and question you.

    You are so messed up

  • COMPASS MEASURE DISTANCE HERRRRRPP

  • Yah, these checkpoints don't make any sense until an illegal who is wanted on 12 counts of murder and 3 counts of gross sexual imposition (also known as rape, figured I had better break it down since you thought a compass shows how many miles there are between the checkpoint and the border) comes across the border and makes it all the way up to North Dakota before he gets arrested again. Stop wasting the time of those officers and do something with your lives. LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT.

  • LMFAO you guys are nuts but i love you for it, but if you're pissed that the illegals are getting into the states why are you against the border patrol for doing there jobs? You guys need to sit down and think about what you truly want, because it looks like you guys just have to much time on you're hands.

  • Immigrants do not get any benefits.

  • Yes true but having them that far the border makes it safer with all the tunnels the illegals are digging 40 to 100 feet from the border then they start driving and bam there tunnels do not work for them as far as I am concered it is a good precaution that is protecting people

  • Yes, you need to be beat and tazed because you are a complete dumb ass

  • Yall are a bunch of dumb asses we got people comeing across those borders with guns, drugs and who Knows what else. The police need to search vehicles to make sure that stuff does not come across our borders and random searches are not affective the only way to 100% effective in controband control is to search ever vehicle especially with the current drug war, its not unconstitutional its for yalls safety. If you dont like it leave America.

  • @beatlesfanatic1991: You are correct, at the border.

This checkpoint is not at the border though, so agents need consent or probable cause before they can search.

CITE: "...Border Patrol's routine stopping... for brief questioning of the vehicle's occupants... any further detention or search must be based on [the greater showing of] consent or probable cause"

    SOURCE: United States v. Martinez-Fuerte, 428 U.S. 543 (1976)

It's the law of the land...

  • @beatlesfanatic1991 Exactly. If they didnt do their jobs these same idiots would be bitching the other way, GUARANTEED

  • Please don't lose sight of the fact that they are not rights if they have qualification requirements.

The bill of rights is for every one. When you deny someone their rights under the bill of rights, you have already abandoned your own.

Defend America; defend the bill of rights.

  • THANK GOD FOR CHECK POINTS. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TONS OF DRUGS (200 KILOS OF COCAINE AND 2000 KILOS OF MARIJUANA IN ONE SEIZE AT A CHECK POINT), GUNS (700 ILLEGAL FIREARMS IN ONE SEIZE AT A CHECK POINT) , FUGITIVES GALORE (KILLERS, RAPISTS), ETC ARE SEIZED EVERY YEAR AT CHECK POINTS? THE FIGURES ARE STAGGERING. YOU PEOPLE ARE SIMPLE MINDED. YOU DONT LOOK AT BOTH SIDES OF IT. YOU THINK YOURE BACK IN THE 1800'S. IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF, WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH A "SEARCH".

  • @DJVBasil

Amen. However some people don't see the big picture. The immigration checkpoints are meant to check the immigration status of occupants in the vehicles. Let's be honest, they are there to catch drugs that slipped by at the border port of entries. That's why most Americans are fine with drug dogs being walked by vehicles in line at checkpoints, even though it is illegal. These people are typical douchebag conservatives who HATE our government.

  • @AA72AA72 CHECK POINTS ARE GOOD. NOT JUST IMMIGRATION CHECK POINTS. WERE DEALING WITH ANIMALS THESE DAYS. ONE NIGHT, ONE CHECK POINT, NORTH CAROLINA, 108 DWI'S. IS THAT SOMETHING OR WHAT?

  • @DJVBasil

No doubt. Thank you for supporting law enforcement on all levels; local, state, and federal. Thank god for DUI checkpoints by the way, the one of two checkpoints the Supreme Court deams as "legal". Apparently removing drunk drivers from the road by stopping them at a DUI checkpoint is unconstitutional to these people, they'd rather wait until they strike someone and kill them. Keep up the good fight.

  • @AA72AA72 said: "Apparently removing drunk drivers from the road by stopping them at a DUI checkpoint"

Are they only stopping drunk drivers?

  • @AA72AA72 YW.

  • @DJVBasil: the Supreme Court has recognized that general law enforcement checkpoints are not constitutional

  • @Pafoofnik1 THIS ISNT THE 1800'S.

  • @DJVBasil said: "THIS ISNT THE 1800'S."

    Glad to hear it.

The U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the illegality of general purpose checkpoints as recently as 2000.

  • @Pafoofnik1 ONLY 12 STATES. THE SUPREME COURT RULED, IN 1990 THAT THE INFRINGEMENT OF CITIZENS RIGHTS CAUSED BY DUI CHECKPOINTS WAS OVERSHADOWED BY THE POTENTIAL PUBLIC BENEFIT OF REMOVING IMPAIRED AND DANGEROUS DRIVERS FROM OUR ROADS. LIKE I SAID, WERE NOT DRIVING AROUND A HORSE A BUGGY. WERE NOT IN THE 1800'S.

  • @DJVBasil: Nope. Try again and do some math. Last I looked, a Supreme Court decision made in 2000 would overrule a conflicting decision made back in 1990.

Cite you 1990 source and I'll see where you went wrong for you.

  • ghsa.org GO TO STATE INFO, LAWS, CHECKPOINT LAWS.

  • @DJVBasil: Better yet, instead of trying to lead me on a wild goose chase, let's let the Supreme Court's own words decide this:

"We have never approved a checkpoint program whose primary purpose was to detect evidence of ordinary criminal wrongdoing.... Because the primary purpose of the Indianapolis narcotics checkpoint program is to uncover evidence of ordinary criminal wrongdoing, the program contravenes the Fourth Amendment."

    City of Indianapolis v. Edmond, 531 U.S. 32 (2000)

  • @Pafoofnik1 ghsa.org

  • @Pafoofnik1 JANUARY 14, 2004 WASHINGTON — In a victory for law enforcement, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that police may set up roadblocks to seek motorists' help in solving a recent crime.

  • @DJVBasil; Why bring up irrelevant info?

I never said they couldn't set up a checkpoint looking to solve a recent crime.

    Nice try though.

  • @Pafoofnik1 NOVEMBER 28, 1987 As traffic deaths and drunk-driving arrests climbed over the long holiday weekend, the California Highway Patrol on Friday set up roadblocks to check motorists' sobriety for the first time since the state Supreme Court formally approved the practice last month.

  • @DJVBasil: Oh, another irrelevant comment I see.

Where did I ever I ever say they couldn't set up sobriety checkpoints?

I'll wait right here while you don't find it.

  • Comment removed

  • @DJVBasil: Thanks for sharing your opinion with everyone here.

  • @Pafoofnik1 YW.

  • @Pafoofnik1 This issue was raised in a Michigan criminal case, Michigan vs Sitz and the legality of the checkpoints was challenged. The court agreed that the checkpoint violated the constitution. However, the case was appealed and reached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court voted 6-3 that the checkpoints were indeed in line with the intent of the constitution.

  • @DJVBasil: I pretty much figured you were thinking about Sitz. The problem is that...

Sitz only recognized that a sobriety checkpoint was legal.

I never said it wasn't. I said that general law enforcement checkpoints weren't legal.

  • @Pafoofnik1 LET ME ASK YOU SOMETHING. YOU SAY THAT GENERAL ENFORCEMENT CHECKPOINTS ARENT LEGAL. DO YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT WAS EVER KILLED BY A DRUNK DRIVER? DO YOU KNOW THAT IN 2008 ALONE, 1347 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 WERE OCCUPANT FATALITIES, DIRECT RESULTS. ANOTHER 34 AS PEDESTRIANS HIT BY DRUNK DRIVERS. LIKE I SAID, WERE NOT DRIVING AROUND A HORSE AND BUGGY ANY LONGER.

  • @DJVBasil: Thanks for helping me get the word out that general law enforcement checkpoints are not lawful.

  • @Pafoofnik1 THEY ARE VERY LAWFUL CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT ANIMALS ARE IN CONTROL OF 2+ TON METAL OBJECTS.

  • @DJVBasil: Thanks for sharing that with me. Of course, I never said that checkpoints were illegal.

Of course you know that, now that you know what my original comment sad,

and not what you wished it said.

  • @Pafoofnik1 WE DO UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER. I MUST HAVE READ IT WRONG. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES.

  • I'm in agreement with protecting my rights, but the guy with the flamboyant voice should be more tolerant of illegal aliens. The anti-liberal anti-immigrant rhetoric written above by the person who submitted this video is mindless. Adios, amigos.

  • @tyseibert your missing the point of the BORDER check point IT'S ERRR 50km OR SO AWAY FROM THE ACTUAL BORDER, so unless the american government have made a deal to change the Border without telling the american public, It's Not a BORDER checkpoint.

  • maybe those NAZI's should make another ARMY and wage a borderwar on those cartels...that should solve the problem..

  • You finally did it,you made me feel soory for a cop.

  • these people are trying to keep you safe! you people are dumb as fuck! ya get rid of checkpoints and see what happens, youll just start bitching about how much drugs and illegals that come in, jesus christ you people need to build rather than destroy shit thats trying to improve something, anything

  • @danielruss1

They're are too selfish to realize the big picture and would rather have more drugs slip into America's streets and corrupt our communities. If you aren't carrying drugs on you, why do you have a problem with a drug dog walking by your vehicle. Their point of view is it illegal to stop someone traveling on a public highway. If standing 10 minutes in line stops a truck with a gas tank filled with blow, it's all worth it. Keep up the fight against these idiots.

  • Where's the Nazi? did I miss it, How do i sign up to be one? My ancestors are from Germany.

  • This guy is a nutjob, seriously if i was that cop i would tazed the shit out of him!
