  • Prosecutors will do anything to win but I think most case workers need not to be cajoled to intentionally fail the children they are supposed to protect.

  • Prosecutors, many if not most of them, will do anything to win. People have no idea how corrupt they can be. Organizations such as the Innocence Project know that prosecutors can be very corrupt and knowingly send innocence people to their death, so this doesn't surprise me. However, any social worker who has even once been pressured should be blowing the whistle and not co-operating whatsoever, even once. Removing a child is the equivalent of the death penalty.
