@ladydelish234 I use mine for a tennis elbow injury. I'm going to call Tanda today and order the heads for clearing up my skin. I enjoyed your review but I'd like to see a before and after picture
Great review I have the Tanda I used it for treating my tennis elbow. It works great for that the strain on my joints is gone after a couple of days .
Thank you for the review. My dermatologist recommended the blue light therapy they provide in their office but for several treatments, would have ended up being around $1,000. And accutane is something I would like to try and stay away from. Just recently, I saw Dr.Oz talk about this and was soo excited to know that I can perform the same treatment at home. I know up front, the cost may seem large, but compared to everthing else, it's a bargain to have clear skin!
I was thinking of buying the system and would like to know more about it. I wanted to know if you're still using this, and how do you like it now? Thank you! xoxo
Very mild acne, you have nice skin id like to see results on someone with a real problem. As well as redness. Im gonna research this light, to see any reports of cancer lol
@sandeeekins I found it at Shoppers Drug Mart (Canada) for $250.00 - - - that is for both red and blue lights, as well as 3 decorative skins for the device :) Hope that helped :)

It's only been my first day, and I'm still a skeptic. I have always had pimples, and they are stubborn and red. I have tried everything, so I hope this is will work.
Now that you have used it for over a year, what you can you say about it? How long do you have to keep on using it, let's say, if it fix all your acne problems?
I only just bought a Tanda today, and a new version had came out since this review. It's a smaller version, but at half the price of the regular one.
Even though only one light head is included in the kite, it does only cost another 100 to get the red head and 75 for the the blue head. So no matter what it's a less costing option to this product.
@CasualLuxuries collagen production slows down as you approach your 30s. since the red LED treatment head is used to stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, it wont be necessary at such a young age to use it.
this device is nothing more than a portable low intensity UV light generator. It's the UV light that kills bacteria and can be harmful to skin on long exposure. Personally I'd rather buy a small UV lamp for a fraction of the price and expose whole of face for few seconds (wearing goggles) rather than waste time doing small patches at a time.
@oilyjoe Your statements are not correct. This device does not use UV light. It uses 414nm visible blue light which kills acne-causing P.acnes bacteria. It is not harmful to the skin.
@RaeLeeMe1 The number of wavelengths don't matter. Only blue light between 404nm and 420nm can kill acne-causing bacteria. The Tanda device uses 414nm blue light.
omg your skin is stunning! i have very sensitive skin and ive had acne forever!...since like 5th grade and im in high school now. But i just wanted to know if u use anything else on your skin and how often you put it on. Im convincing my parents to get it for me so i hope it will clear my ugly skin forever haha.
Hello. I really appreciate that you took the time to write a review for us. I have been reading and researching this therapy & I've come across baby Quasar a lot and it's supposed to be the most efficient. You're right about the price Baby Quasar is really expensive to what you paid. Baby Quasar is over 700 but I was wondering if the wavelengths might be different. What is the wavelengths on the red and blue light that you're using? What would you say about the results now after 4 months? Thanks
Thank you - I'm glad it was useful to you. I do not use any of the Tanda skincare products. Actually I use a really cheap drugstore lotion - Olay regenerist micro sculpting cream.
You have beautiful skin. Did you use the red light in conjuction with the blue light? Can you use one right after the other? Did you use the tanda cleanser and gel? Do you like the tanda? Thanks and take care!
Thank you! Yes I use both the red light and the blue light. I use the blue light first all over my face, then I switch to the red light and use that all over my face as well. I do not use the tanda skincare products - I use cetaphil cleanser and Olay regenerist micro sculpting cream.
thank you so much for posting this review. I have been eyeing this product for a while know, but I was not sure weather it would be worth it due to the high price. However, your review was very encouraging. I think it is worth giving it a shot after all (especially since I have been paying my derm a lot of minimal results). Thanks again, and take care
Hi! I just got this item today, (thankfully for free due to my father working for the company) so I'm excited to see how well it will work for my skin.
Just wanted to say, I enjoyed your review and I'm hoping it works for me too.
Can I know how bad is 'serious acne'? Are there any pictures? Cause I would like to try it but I'm not sure if I could.

I'm not an expert, but I think Omnilux probably makes better products, plus they are FDA approved.

Hey, this product sounds great. But does it require the LED light heads to be changed over time? Also, at 16 should i use the red one as well?
Thank You so much :)
