This is why i believe that if you kill someone while DUI... you should be charged with murder, and if you seriously injury someone the charge should be attempted murder. I know how deep the pain runs when you lose someone to a drunk driver!

hey i need to know did this happen on new yearsday day 2006 if so the man dragged by the pickup is my brother sheriffs special officer melvin guevara everything in this videos matches what the sheriffs told us from the burgendy 4runner to the asian in the white toyota camery to him being pinned and dragged by the pickup this really surprised me to find it but i really would like to know if you can please get back to me

I used to live in Cerritos, CA and I think they changed the speed limit from 65 MPH up 75MPH. So 10 miles over the speed limit puts you at almost 90! That's just too fast for such a crowded area. RIP

I wish my husband would see this and wear his seat belt. I am lucky to be alive after we had flipped or car years ago. I ended in the back seat and he stayed in his. We have an SUV now, and he thinks he doesn't need to wear his still. Did I mention I was in the back seat!!! I was originally in the front passenger seat! I am so lucky. I wear my seat belt all the time now. So sad that he doesn't listen to me. I hope this doesn't happen to him. :( This is a fear of mine. :(

I could honestly say..Yes,it is disrespect to many extremes but in these times, teens and adults that are just plain ignorant need to realize what could happen. Weither you are drunk or not , these are the outcomes of car accidents.

i agree with chichild, death, crippling injuries, any other mutilations is the result of drivers not being responsible. most ppl take drivers licence for granted and have no idea what responcibility they have. We should show not only destroyed cars, but crushed skulls, decapitated bodies, and legs in two or three places on the road, may be then somebody will realize the true nature of high speed car accident.

Yes, I'd also have to agree with chichild. This vidoegrapher was not video taping the body in a disrespectful manner or for innapropriate use in a video. Videos like these are great educational tools to show people what the reality is and what can happen to you if you're not careful. I also agree with unit2224, that we should see more horrors of reality, so as long as it's not in a disrespectful manner.

I'm a much safer driver now having seen so many of these videos.
