i actually like this. I felt very relaxed. His southernish/hillbilly like voice is relaxing.

I am curious as to the presence and use of the birds and other ambient sounds. Do these assist with hypnosis? If so, how?

@PerfectSession Not directly, the main purpose is to help people to relax which then helps them enter a hypnotic state.
