not just Halloween, we need to keep guard on Guy Fawkes', New Year's, just every celebration we have. every light up is risky enough to burn anything.
Kids who misuse fireworks should face the full force of the law and if the parents demonstrate that they couldn't care less, socialservices should get involved and take their kids into secure care until adulthood and the parents put on compulsory parenting classes with the threat of jail/loss of benefits for non-compliance and failure to attend them. Why should people who use fireworks sensibly at home and bonfireparties have fireworks banned from sales because of youth morons who misuse them?
