Yeah, good old pea meal bacon. what most Americans call Canadian Bacon is the same cut (pork loin) but it's smoked and therefore really ham. It's not even a Canadian thing it's the American version of our pea meal bacon or some call it back bacon. If you come to Canada and go into a restaurant and ask for Canadian bacon the person will look at you very strange. So now you know we don't call ham bacon.
