  • i love these gw's so much

  • Shark didn't care for the appetizer, so he just bit, giving the photo op to the diver with the camera, as if to audition for the better shot coming soon at a dive cage near you :)

  • Very pretty!

  • im not a shark expert but i dont belive you should tease a shark with food while your in the ocean

  • I wonder what the shark was thinking when he got dicked xD

  • I was under the impression you couldn't chum/hang bait at Guadalupe anymore. Any truth to that?

  • @joiles01 I've heard that,as well, but I'm not sure what the whole story is.

  • @gprobst Well I went last September, and we chummed, but the crew was insinuating we weren't really supposed to be. Either way, gorgeous island. I'm planning to head back in 2012.

  • @joiles01 I've heard a couple of different things from different operators.

I've been back 3 times since this video was shot. I'll be there this fall and hopefully in 2012, as well. I never get tired of Guadalupe.

  • the shark was so cute...!!!

  • yea diverbabe14, but there also good dive stories to be found on the net - try the myscubastory site ... type myscubastory into google - it should be the 1st or 2nd result from what i remember!

  • It's beautiful. I wish I could see one of these up close.

  • Shark:

    SUCK MY DIIIIIIIICK!!!!!

  • @muhaaaxp sure if you want me to bite it off. You'd never be able to enjoy a girl again

  • @tommoore2012 IM A SHARK AND MY DICK WOULD BITE YOUR FACE OFF

  • @muhaaaxp what kind?

  • @tommoore2012 IM A DICKSHARK

  • @muhaaaxp and I'm the Megalodon. Looks like you're dinner

  • @tommoore2012 Megalodon can SUCK MY DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK!

  • @muhaaaxp Yeah I guess I could. You said that you're a Dick Shark, so I'm guessing that you look like a giant penis. And when I've decided that I need a snack, I could suck you dry

  • wow shredder is huge! i didnt thought he was so big!

  • @num9090, dolphins are mammals, not sharks, lol

  • Was it scary being underwater with such a huge shark?

  • @OlracCrisisX It's not scary at all. Every once in a while they do startle you if you're looking in another direction or at another shark and you aren't expecting it, but it's never scary. The shark in this video was only about 12' long at the time. I've seen him several years in a row, and he's much bigger now.

  • @gprobst Damn i bet he is and wow surprisingly thats not scary

  • @gprobst You can recognize the sharks? That's so cool.

  • @lukeweizer Many of the white sharks at Guadalupe have distinguishing features. The shark in this video is one of the most easily recognizable due to his mutilated dorsal fin and the white spots behind each of his eyes.

  • I love the great white, thanks for uploading this clip, great clip

  • See how the shark looked at the camra right before he bit it the last time? i'm pretty sure he was understanding what was happened...OMG! THEIR LEARNING! RUN LIKE HELL! WOMAN AND ATHELES FIRST....then children

  • Sharks aren't mammals you twat their fish.

They have gills not lungs and just because they give birth to live young doesn't make them mammals, they are cold blooded all except the great white which is warm blooded. sharks or any type of fish for that matter can't produce milk exempting them from the mammal family, The word Mammal derives from the word mammary which is the milk gland mother mammals use to feed their young.

  • sharks are clever because they're not fish, they're actually mammals, its a proven fact. sharks communicate with each other using bleeping noises that humans can't hear. sharks like the one in the video, a whale shark, live in family groups of around 15 members, called squads.

  • Their child feds on their...MILK?

  • Mammals are born alive and breathe air.

  • @num9090 Being clever doesn't make an animal a mammal. Mammals have hair (fur) or scales derived from hair. They posess mammal glands, they have 3 bones in the internal ear and all give birth to youngsters in a placenta, with the exception of the platypus. I'm a graduate biology student, specialized in animal physiology, trust me, you are wrong here, sharks are NOT mammals.

  • @Requin1989 Its disappointing to learn that young people are now gaining qualifications from psuedo institutions which unfortunately leaves them no real knowledge of the discipline they've spents months working towards, but this is ultimately an issue which governments should be monitoring more closely. I think you'll find you're confusing the whale shark with the killer whale, which is actually a fish. They earned this name because they look similar to whales and kill anything in their path.

  • @num9090 Who said anything about whales ? I don't think I did... The whales, including the the killer whale, are all mammals. They belong to the Cetacea class. The sharks however are part of the Condrichthyes and are fishes ! The whale shark is...a shark, so it's also a fish ! My diploma is very valid and backed up by serious knowledge in the discipline. I'm not saying it's enough to get a job, but I'm doing a Master in neurosciences now.Thank you for your unrelated comment

  • @Requin1989 I'd never discourage someone from taking an interest in the environment even at an elementary level, although I must stress that it is essential to derive your knowledge base from reliable sources. Whales pose a serious threat to the environment as they deplete fishing stocks. Killing them isn't easy either as their fur is explosion proof, so bombs don't work. Luckily, Chinese scientists are working on a new poision which should hopefully give us a solution within 5 years.

  • @num9090 LOL whales are a nuisance and should be killed ? Ok I'm done with you, you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Have a good day.

  • @Requin1989 It is regrettable in any situation to take the life of a sentient being, even if it is only that of a creature that has little relevance to our modern eco systems outside of entertaining families at water parks. The fact remains though that whales, along with polar bears and horses are a threat to humans. Admittedly I find it unfortunate that the educational system in some small countries cannot provide the latest scientific data for students to facilitate an understanding of this.

  • @num9090 I've just noticed on your profile that you made A LOT of really stupid comments about animals, which makes everybody on youtube laugh at you... You wanna be a biologist huh ? Maybe it's time you start actually learning stuff about animals, because you obviously don't know anything and make a fool of yourself by commenting on videos. Get a life mate, your case is really pitiful.... 'Cheers.

  • @Requin1989 I sense some unwarranted hostility from you which is suprising since we're essentially on the same team; although of course, dare I say it without sounding patronising, I'm slightly more advanced in my knowledge of nature related issues. I would recommend that you get out there and spend some time in amongst nature, make the effort to visit your local zoo or pet store; I will likely change your life. I feel you'll find my words inspiring enough to make a difference out there.

  • He's a pretty clever shark, huh? Looks like a lot of years and battles have taught him a thing or two.

  • sharks r quite intelligent-he obviously didnt like bein teased with the food so just thought..Right, f#ck u im just gonna break it so u cant tease me no more!

  • He's a cutie. ^^

  • yeah, until he rips your head off with razor sharp teeth

  • What a stereotype. Sharks don't neccessarily have to be heartless eating machines. God wouldn't create something that ate his children on purpose.

  • The shark in this video was actually very "friendly" as far as wild animals go. Most of the pictures and video I shot of this particular shark were done with my head and arms out of the cage. He never exhibited any aggressive behavior towards any of the people there and was very inquisitive. He swam inches away from my face. Out of the 10 or so great whites that I saw on this trip only 1 of them ever exhibited any aggressive behavior at all.

  • Of course. Sharks are actually, half the time, inquisitive (as you said) and even, in some sense, playful. I'm going to study to be a marine biologist once I get into a good college, and I've been diving with sharks before.

  • omg...

  • poor thing<3 he missed the fishy thing several times. such a nice boy<3

  • He's beautiful! Sharks are such wonderful animals! Great footage!

  • My mom can kick the shit out of that shark!!

  • OMG!!

  • Looks like a old little guy judging by all those battle scars.

  • simply gorgeous. amazing creatures.

  • it's cool man....

  • OMG SHARK GUNNA EAT YOU ;)

  • lol...the bait got ripped away and the shark was left bamboozled and then he broke ur line LOL!!

  • big shark

  • Wheres the shark called Axl ?

  • wow that is sooooooooo BIG! his teeth cut your roped bait haha!

  • kewl
