Grim Tales:

It surrounds the story of a younger skeleton reaper(jr), and his little sister(minnie) as they enter halloween town. Jr is known for envying his sister due to her ability to do anything. He ends up embarrassing himself, and runs out into the fields only to be captures by the three brats. :P The story continues on which an explanation about his mother and father's past, and tons of characters you'll recognize. :D Look it up on google, Snafu - Grim Tales.
