laurel and hardy tips on smoking

The part with the no smoking sign needs the whole scene to be fully appreciated - the setup is that the guy is fighting with Laurel and Hardy, Laurel gives him a cigar for a "peace offering", then calls over the burly foreman to beat the guy up because he's smoking in a no smoking area, thanks to Laurel. Sheer genius. Wish I knew where the whole scene was on YouTube, but don't think its here.

Great video and nicely made. Laurel & Hardy always made me laugh.

Stan certainly was a heavy smoker and that probably contrbuted to his stroke and heart attack. I think Oliver Hardy got a stroke through losing too much weight in too short a time...Of course smoking may have caused his heart attack in the first place...Who really knows.

Haven't smoked for many years. How do you know that L & H got strokes from smoking? Show me one scientific study that PROVES that.

@garytelecastor Its just speculation. Anytime someone smokes and dies from a so called "smoking related illness" it is always attributted to smoking, which is just stupid if you ask me.
