Hello...it was an act. It was on purpose. Only on this case the blade hit a little harder than it should have. It's a physical comedy routine. You can tell by the type of humor he uses all along....

You know, we have a blast. A lot of the girlfriends and wives just come to watch act silly and have fun. Our club is located in Albuquerque, NM.

Years ago the club was similar to your club. A lot of old hats, not many young guys. We've worked hard to have a great club that is inclusive and fun to come to. Let me know if you need any advice, activity recommendations, etc.

Actually, the spectator getting hit was intentional. What wasn't intentional was the how hard it hit that time. That's why there was those gags at the end with the dismembered hands.

Those are standard bits that everyone uses. When performing this, you're not supposed to actually hurt the volunteer.

Agreed. and we all understand this, but please understand, this was performed among friends at the IBM meeting. Yes, it came down a little harder than expected, but in the end it was funny (including to the participating spectator). Don't be so quick to judge.
