So how does this kind of news reporting work? I've always wondered. Do they come up with what they'll say once they're out getting the story and tape it and just send it off to the new station?
They usually highlight key points of a story. They usually rehearse the story before taping it. They also use q-cards that have some of what they wrote on it.
