  • Hey,this is really good,I am going to try with chairs as you demonstrated. I have been stretching for 3 years,funny thing is that if I really counted only the time I have been, and remained IN THE STRETCHING position it would have added up maybe to several hours all together.Imagine being in the streatch for 3 years!!! Ha ,Ha.Recently I started Yin Yoga practice where I remain in the stretch for several minutes and this will speed up the time to go into full stretch for sure.What do you think.

    yea funny about the year and stretch thing lol.

    now my advice on stretching would be Mondays , Thursdays , Fridays giving you time to rest. i've also tried several reps of the splits when i done them like maybe 3 Times doing the splits until i can get a really Good Stretch without hurting. TC :)

  • I been training for 3 years off and on , didnt learn all the stretches at once , over time , so i probly been doing stretches for 3 years. what about you?
