  • I could have sworn it was the diesel V8 by the sound and the amber light.

  • @svtcarboy I would love to find a diesel wagon!

  • My 1986 Pontiac Parisienne was very similar: two pumps (hot or cold), key optional (THE General Motors trademark--now put the thing back on the column with the two silver guidepoints to put the key inbetween-that's all you really need-and put the DIPstick back on the left side and LEAVE IT THERE!!) and listen to it fire right up. :-D

  • Awesome! i have a 85 with just over 100,000 miles on it, i love it. its practically mint to. best first car ever!

  • @GEfootball11

They are very cool cars. I hope to get another at some point.

  • They are good cars...all the GM RWD's of the era actually. I just sold this car because I'm moving :( I miss it!

  • nice olds

i just bought an 85 delta

  • Thanks! Sweet...there is an 85 Brougham coupe for sale down the street from me. Looks like it's in great condition. My wagon runs awesome...just about to recoat the gas tank and change out the fuel sending unit.

  • awsome

mine has a problem the radio doesnt work

but i love it 2 death

  • Same here...mine kinda works but the speakers crackle a ton...and the display on the radio is unreadable.

  • is that carberated?

  • Yes, 4 bbl

  • haha...yeah I guess it would! I remember those scary buzzers actually.

  • So could you kindly swap the chime in this wagon for either a scary Chevy Impala wagon buzzer or a flute-like tone from a 1983-85 Buick Electra wagon?

  • Could you swap the chime in this Olds wagon with a buzzer from a Chevy Impala?

  • haha, naw I like my chime ;)

  • But a scary buzzer suits a Custom Cruiser wagon much better than a depressing chime.

  • Thanks man, I appreciate it! I'll post more videos soon. I'm getting my Toronado back from the upholstery guy tomorrow most likely :)

  • Could you kindly replace the chime in this Custom Cruiser with a scary buzzer from a 1977-82 Chevy Impala wagon and then do a video of this Olds wagon with the scary Impala buzzer?

  • Starts nice, i subscribed by the way.

  • Oh yeah the gauge package is nice to have. Wish I had it on here.

The radio does not work but I found an exact match on Ebay for $10 so I bid on it.

  • It looks like my 79 exept i have 3 more gauges and my dash is more worn and scratched up.

    Love you original radio.
