I got really excited.

It was a very, VERY small let down when it wasn't, but they made up for it with heart warming moments, hilarious scenes AND ASTRID KISSING HICCUP. RREVFRVFBGRE.

So . . . Hiccup gives Toothless a tail that works, and Toothless suddenly turns FERAL and takes off. He isn't seen for days. Hiccup thinks he's been abandoned, and when all the other dragons reunite with their families he's almost crying because Toothless left him. BUT WAIT, Toothless comes in and Hiccup practically tackles him to the ground. Hiccup and Toothless wanna go flying, but Toothless RIPS THE FUCKING TAIL OFF. Most heartwarming pair .. ever.

@breyergirls1 it's labeled as a short film...it can kind of be considered an episode since it runs 22 minutes, which is standard broadcast time for a 30 minutes episode. I wouldn't be suprised if this is, in a way, the first episode of the tv series coming out next year. But for what it's worth, I'd say it's a special.
