Tracking was off... =) You can see where the effect was applied. If you can't get a successful track, go in by hand and move the adjustment layer. Also make sure you fix the upper right hand corner, if the reverse stabilization does that to your footage just duplicate the footage, remove the tracking data and create a mask.
