We have used CC for years with success. In particular, CC's TechSupport is 1st rate. However, CC's recent policy changes have impacted us adversely. For example, when we did not upgrade to the enhanced images membership all but 5 of the images that we had stored on CC's database were deleted. This is just 1 example of a trend toward making clients pay for features that had been included in the regular membership. As CC's competitors are offering these services free we are considering switching.

Some of your people are terrific in Customer Service; but you have one person in Customer Service, whose name is Jessie Mraz, that has not replied to my phone calls after promising me she would. I believe she is also a Supervisor. Just to let you know who's been nice and who's been Naughty:-(
Gotta tell you that I like everything about your product but the editor. It is painful to work with -- the html code reverts, overwrites and seems to have its own mind. So much so that your customer service is working overtime to correct errors thu their back end so that bullets appear when they should (or should not), that preview looks similar to the programming, that spacing is even, and more. Usually, creating content is the big problem. With CC, it's the editing.
@sarah1360 We have the same problem. It became more of a problem when they upgraded the editor tools a couple of months ago. I was told that I would probably have to re-create all my templates in new design from scratch. With about 10 templates, that is a lot of work. I tried this with one template and it seemed to bring bugs with the text itself. I was beginning to think it was just me....
