Good routine! I'm trying to develop my straddle press by doing seated circular singe leg lifts and straddle stretches. I'm not noticing any real improvements (I can only hold it for 1 and a half seconds max) any tips?
wow.. that's incredible, i never thought competitive aerobics could be continued in comps like this..hmm. i just started last year with my school team and i commend your athleticism, the v-presses were amazing and so many free falls would play murder on your wrists. how long have you been competing?

your pike jump was awesome..ive never seen anyone turn a v press!! ive tried myself but ended up on my elbows!
