acapella extraction using knockout plug-in

I download the plugin, unzipped it, put it in the plugin section, reopened Audacity, but I can't see it... I even rebooted my computer. Do you have any idea of what I do wrong ? I know it works with Audacity as well.

what does this mean If 'extract centre' is On: the plugin assumes a stereo input and returns the centre-panned part of the stereo image on the left channel.

@michaelstevens It should...it works on my computer...try it using Audacity. Audacity is free, so you shouldn't have trouble getting it off of the internet.

@JoshRapzers Search knock0ut, and you should get to a website that is mostly text. Just download it from there. After that, I'm pretty sure there's an option in one of the Audacity drop down menus to import knock0ut into the Audacity program. It should appear in the effects drop down menu after that.

if u want to have two chan nels after u do a knockout use a program like audacity and combine the song with itself back into stereo. That way its not juz coming out of one headphone.

@brambreaks Eh no.. this plugin works but you need to have the instruemental/dub of the song in one channel while the regular song with vocals in the other for this to work and get a decent sound.
