Have you done anything with the foot-brake lever position? I see your lifting your foot to the brake in the swing-arm video you made. Looks like your restricted by the design of the lever. I've done allot of dirt riding that requires one to stand up on the bike, which puts your foot at steeper angle to the lever. That lever would annoy the hell out of me in the standing position.
I like my pedals to be just under my normal foot angle when sitting.
@EmptyHallToones Doesn't matter where the lever is, it always pushes directly on the master cylinder :)
Does feel much nicer now though, how it was before, I'd basically be starting at 50% braking force on the rear. Now I have much control and less accidentally locking the rear :)
@JoshCanVideo now that's what I was wanting to hear for an improvement. Yep, a heavy boot going for the brake without a pivot/reference point can get you into big trouble on the back wheel.
same bike same phone are you my long lost brother?

@EmptyHallToones I did actually mate, I fixed her up Friday afternoon :)
It's now as low as it can go, but I'm going to pull it back out and grind off some of the bolt to get that extra 5mm

I'd also like to get an Edge tail light / delete the rear fender.
