I get what you're saying maxum1992. But Tarpley said all of this before Obama was elected and so far everything he said has come true.

Obama is not pulling anyone from Iraq but is sending more and more troops in Afghanistan and US military operations are spreading across the border into Pakistan.

I recommend reading ''The Grand Chessboard: America's supremacy in Eurasia'' - by Zbigniew Brzezinski if you don't believe Tarpley. This is not so much a conspiracy as plain geopolitics.
