anyone here about the guy in Oregon who looked a little like Cobain who stabbed himself to death on stage at a coffee shop karaoke night? It wasn't karaoke, but it was open mike night, when anyone who wants to show off can go on stage and play music or perform anything they want to. The guy sang a song called 'sorry for all the mess' and then stabbed himself several times and died on the scene. The audience was applauding, they thought it was part of the act at first. Then came his death throes

There is too much of this trendy suicide shit. Cobain almost made it 'cool' to commit suicide for some people, including the Boston lead singer Brad Delp who committed suicide years after Cobain did, but probably wanted the same type of attention that Cobain got from doing it. Smells Like Teen Spirit was based/inpired by More than a Feeling

Firstly, it was widely known that Kurt despised the term 'grunge'. and besides - anyone who ever had the most fleeting of glimpses of Kurts' sense of humour - would more than likely all agree that he would have thought that this video was immensely brilliant :)
is that really kurt ? or someone who had plastic surgery to have the looks of kurt ? course it is posible... know days anyone wanna be a celebrity look alike.
I love Kurt and Nirvana and I also love this. I dont see it as making light. I see it more as art and cool.
