There are some DS games which you can choose to play as right-handed or left-handed, like Hotel Dusk. But Lemmings I don't think it will make any difference. My dad is left handed so since I was little I always played lemmings on computer with my left hand, even being right-handed.

Lemmings is owned by Sony. So you'll only see it on Playstation platforms...maybe Sony Android phones, but other than that you're mostly out of luck.
