  • Scooping the mids to shit = nooby mistake.

  • 2 q's:

what tuning were u using? andwhat gauge strings do u use?

  • ahahahahahaha click that cc button, click transcribe audio laugh you ass off!!! 1:25 " so future epidemics"

  • Don't need the talking just play!!!

  • Only for the weak solo at 2:56 = METAL!!!

  • i have this head but i dont want the bugera cab what cabinet would you recommend?

  • Omg that tone on trigger where aweome! Any guidence on how to achive that ?

  • @VoidOfEulogy Turn the amp up really freakin loud? haha

  • Hey man, I just wanted to ask if you've ever had experiance with the build quality of these amplifiers. I've heard many things about this particular amp falling apart. I can't afford a Peavey 6505+ and this seems like an amazing steal but I don't want it to break after a month of owning it.

  • @person8132 There are known issues with the power supplies since most of the amp price comes with quality of the power supply used. However, if you are one to beat your equipment up and treat it badly, it will definitely fall apart.

  • @viperabs I take great care of my equipment so I guess I should be fine? Thanks for the replay man, I love your videos.

  • Random question for Armand- are you from Maryland? I hear a bit of a MD accent when you say the o on demo

  • Ace review dude Thanks ;0)

  • Just came from World Music Supply's demo. *Epic Facepalm*

I love your demos, you always know what you're talking about and play to suit

the gear. I'm looking at buying one of these at the moment after I sell my little Krank

  • @SoadOwnsUrFace I appreciate it man! I get some pretty considerable hate comments, but such is the nature of music on the internet.

  • great amps, very competitive both for sound and value. Fuck Mesa and their £ 2000 price tags.

  • @luigiperso Not to mention their non-versatile sound. Their amps are 1 trick ponies.

  • nowadays Made in China tube amps offer astounding quality and sound at dirty cheap prices. Jet City, Bugera, even established companies like Laney and Peavey are outsourcing it all from China, they are all great amps. I have inspected some of them, great chassis, transformers, parts. Someone would have to be really dumb to spend 4 times as much to get the same results

  • prepare for a newb question! how much we talkin for the whole stack and/or just the head?

  • @viperpit07 The Bugeras are super cheap. You can get the Bugera half-stack for 800$ or so.

  • is this amp good for drop C tuning? And does it sound good on bed room volumes?

  • @drugdrunkker Yes and no XD It sounds fine at bedroom level but why buy a 120 watt TUBE head to play at bedroom levels X)

  • @MappingFreak I wouldn't buy a head, I'm gonna buy a combo :) but doesn't matter, because I already chose another amp (bugera 333xl combo)

  • @drugdrunkker Well i have the 6262 212 combo and humm i can't get it past 1 without my parents shouting at me -.- Its the same with the 333XL Btw how do you like it ? Did you try the 6262 ??

  • @MappingFreak I haven't really tried 6262 or not even 333xl because I haven't yet gotten it, but I have tried the amps that they were cloned of: Peavey 6505+ (6262) and Peavey JSX (333xl). Peavey 6505+ so much gain that at some points it almost felt unnecessary, and I play metal. Peavey JSX had a tighter tone and it still had all the gain I wanted. That's why I believe that 333xl is the amp for me.

  • @drugdrunkker Well i love my 6262 XD

  • @quinnmyster WTF r u talking about, if im not mistaken it sounds like metal to me, not classical... idiot.... any way, nice playing dude!

  • It's too much poweful! I finally decided to buy a tube amplifier and what can I say?I took a 6262,is the tamed beast! Cleans are brilliant, lead metal sounds are huge with full range harmonics. The only thing is the volume: you cannot play at 80 db in the way to saturate all valves. I live in a very small town with friendly neighbours, that allow me to be a little rowdy. I hope this for everyone. Great amp, great sounds, it is made to rock!!!! THANKS FOR POSTING THIS KIND OF VIDS, SO HELPFUL!

  • From what I hear, this thing is meatier than alot of those expensive, high end amps out there like Mesa Boogie or Soldano. Heck, I'm getting the combo for christmas! :D

  • Comment removed

  • @quinnmyster Way to complain, idiot. I didn't play any classical music.

  • @quinnmyster

Keep your snob attitude to yourself. It's a freaking review.

  • FUCK MAN I WAS THINKING ABOUT GETTING IT FUCK NOW I REALLY WANNA

why didnt you play in lower tuning?

  • is it good for death metal??

  • @LostAngelsjk99 It's pretty much component for component an exact copy of a 6505 plus. These are the amps that rule death metal. In Flames, while not "death" uses them and the predecessor, the 5150. 5150 is the same as the 6505 and 6260 and the 5150II is the same as the 6505plus and 6262. Chimaira uses em, I think Five Finger Death Punch does and Sylosis used a 5150 for the "Conclusion of an Age" album. That's all my memory holds right now sorry....

  • love the tone of this amp...but can it be played at quiet volumes?

  • @TheGnarchitect for what I heard from mine (I have one identical) it's even set at low volume, on the viperabs video. I have the same sounds with a low saturation settings, if you go louder it starts to push tremendous harmonics and great basses. Defined and warm. It begins to sing... You know, at low volume every amp is a bit tight, included a transistor amp. This can be a problem with a 120 watts tube amp!! Anyway, I could not be happier with that.

  • Is it safe to plug a line-out like an ipod or computer headphone jack into the fx loop return to play music and guitar at the same time?

  • yeaaaaaaaaaaah In Flames we trust !!

  • Finally a review with a guy that play real metal, we have a better impression this way ^^

  • @valdakus I'm glad you see value in my videos! Thank you.

  • @viperabs is it good for death metal??

  • @viperabs what song were you playing in the beginning of the video?

  • @valdakus Yes~~totally agree with you..luckily... Are Real Metal Guy with a Real Metal Amp ..but not a blues/jazzz guy's with a Metal Amp..Great Review

  • Please make a video with the bugera 333, not the xl.

  • rad in flames

  • what's the lead song dude?

  • i think i might purchase a 6262 just because you played in flames for the review. greatest band ever.

  • what volume was that set to during the lead channel?

  • great taste in metal man!

  • wow those blackouts sound amazing

  • what do you play there on the clean channel? its beautiful

  • do my ears decieve me??? were you playing Yngwie Malmsteen? Should've played the rest of Trilogy Suite instead of switching to whatever else that was you played and the In Flames lmao

  • awesome amp but cheap plastic knobs

  • in lead the gain was 10?

  • No, this amp sounds good with gain at 6. Thereafter it just adds feedback (for my tastes). I like to do minimal gain for saturation.

  • @viperabs uu understood :) it sounds really good! what setting did you use to get that fantastic sound in lead channell?

  • I used my typical amp settings of Gain - 5, EQ - 6,8,6 or so. It really just is a great sounding amp.

  • @viperabs i have the same amp but i can't get that sound and that definite palm mute :( maybe because you have the blackouts on a jackson and i have seymour duncan alnico pro 2 on an epiphone lp standard :)

  • @viperabs it's just the amp without other effects?

  • Correct.

  • maybe you shoul try a different guitar for the demo, one that would sound good in clean and distortion. Try PRS tremontti

  • that clean channel doesnt sound too clean.

  • Mind you that I have active pickups and it is a tube amp.

  • I liked this amp a lot too. heavier, deeper, crunchier than the othe rbugera, and that VH100, Isnt even close. is it deffective or something?

if im not mistaken, Opeth uses it and can get a pretty good distortion.

maybe they are using somethign extra, like a pedal to boost the preamp.

    Hails.

  • The 6262 is pretty awesome, but in comparison to the EVH (mind the giant price difference), it has a whole lot less bass output. Even through the same cab, it can't compare to the immense amount of bass the EVH head throws down. I would venture to say Opeth uses the amp strictly for its clean and uses a series of pedals, since the Laney's have GREAT clean tone.

  • that gain is at 5??

    wow

  • 2:33 - Trigger, damn good music taste dude! And really good amp-taste to! :D

2:52 - Only for the weak, what can i say, perfect playing and yes, once again, AWESOME MUSIC TASTE! :D

    In flames <3

  • I'll take you from zero to rediculous!! Greg can play that in his sleep so just imagine what I can do!!

  • damn, i'm glad i ordered the head.

  • the strat-looking guitar bottom row 3rd from left has an amazing paintjob. what kind is it?

  • The wall behind me is all Jacksons across the top, and all charvels across the bottom. Check them out on our website!

  • thats a sexy guitar and i love bugera

  • Thank you very much for doing this video. An amazing amp I discovered is the Diamond Nitrox. ALL of the Diamond amps are just amazing.

  • This is seriously the next amp Im going to get.. :D Hubba hubba

  • Jess, you're silly!

  • Affordable and sounds great. I could see one in my future.

  • Great sounds, great playing~!
