Just click browse when you get this message .You must find the folder where you installed rtw. Pick the "Rome Total War" folder.Your install directory should look like this \ Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War if you have the gold edition of rtw.If you have the other edition replace Creative asembly with Activision.
