  • Yeah, but you forgot to mention the the water or liquid that you mix the powder with has to be near boiling point to fully dissolve. It is highly recommended to fully dissolve it in order to get the most out of it. If you use cold or warm liquid, it will never fully dissolve. It must be within 100-120 degrees. Do not drink it while it's this hot, add ice to cool it and then chug it down, drink another 8oz. of water and continue to drink at least another 7 glasses of water through the day.

  • There's no need to take supplements unless you are over training. That means, hitting the gym everyday for 1 hour non stop, that's when you see great results. BUT if you just go around the gym , chilling around then you absolutely do NOT need any creatine, protein or glutamine. Just eat healthy. Food is what matters. If you eat healthy food and you notice it's not enough for you then you can try supplements. Trust me.

    I would not take it at your age.. I take creatine and its very good. After 1 day of taking creatine my performance in the gym increased, as i was able to do many more reps, i also enjoyed doing more reps, rather than feeling tired. My arms increased by 0.5cm in one day... however my mouth felt very dry after taking creatine. I could also feel the effect on my kidneys.

    At 16 years old i would not take creatine, i would stick to natural growth

  • @ixy1987 creatine has almost no calories. how may experience some water retention which may inhibit weight loss... But it will have no efffect on your fat loss. Creatine helps with explosive exercises that last less than 10 seconds. If your just doing cardio or high repitions it would be a waste of money.

  • @ixy1987 oh... NO explode is low in calories if i remember right. Again you might see water retention, but it wont interfere with fat loss. The caffiene in NO explode acts as a thermogenic which is good for fat burning. If your on a fat loss the only thing you need to worry about is calories. I say go for it :)

    The best and "purest" way is still with plain water, but it tastes nasty to me so I go the first route (protein + creatine).

  • @ferrari4sale You ONLY take creatine after a workout dumb ass. When you kick the shit out of your muscles, your body becomes very sensitive to everything you put into it. You are supposed to eat high glycemic foods, such as fruits, along with quality protein within the first hour after lifting. The sooner the better. Carbs should be 4:1 with protein. In addition, you should only add 5g of creatine in ur maintenance phase post workout. Loading phase can be whenever however....but tot a point
