The "victim" was helping out one of his friends that was involved in the fight. Since we are responsible for our actions, which is trite in and of itself, I guess you would agree that it was also Derrion's fault for getting knocked out a second time and then getting struck by a 2X4. Is it not the responsibility of the spectators to call the police? It's also not the responsibility of the onlookers to protect the boy after he had been knocked out right?
