ok depending on where you live health code does not require you to wear gloves when handling certain types of food, although employees must wash their hands regularly regardless if they are physically touching food or just taking money thats why she useing tongs to lift the meat patty. im a serv safe certified manager at a local mcdonalds and she wrapped the burger incorrectly it is not supposed to be wrapped corner to corner.

I did that for a week when I did an internship.I spent like 8-12 bucks for food a day. I needed the money for partying the week after (school trip).I don't know if I good have pulled it of for a year though.

Like the rest of the joints were better. They're all the same to me. Actually some restaurants in the US are pretty gross, they stink and there are garbage all over the kitchen. It would be perfect if we discarded the human part of the operation but then the students wouldn't have lunch money in their pockets. And I think what we see in the kitchen pretty much reflects the manners and education of the society. It's a cultural issue, McD's is only a very successful by product.
