  • Guys chill the f%$k out! Pythons are carnivores they eat other animals such is the law of youre beloved nature...Also :so-called "prekilled food" it's still killed somewhere. You think theres a huge difference for animal to be prekilled;p? LOL.

  • poor rat

  • beautifull snake great vid i enjoyed the ending when she held her head up got any new vids of her

  • Awe.. It wouldn't let me reply. Someone said something about if they were the rat they'd try to bite back. Can't hurt to try.

They so a lot of the time..

My beat friends python Zara was insanely picky and if the rat/mouse had a spot of any kind.. She wouldn't eat it. Well she nipped at this white mouse but some how just grazed it. The mouse started bleeding and she left it alone due to it not bein all white any more.

The rat some how ate A pretty good portion of Zaras back and before my frie

  • People that talk shit about snake owners have no life and they are probably mentally challenged in some form because they can't seem to grasp the concept that snakes in the wild eat live prey items and they don't shop at walmart for mice and rabbits. If you don't like snakes eating live animals, here is a suggestion..... DON"T WATCH THE FUCKING VIDEOS DUMB FUCKS. Us snake owners don't give a shit what you have to say. You will never make a difference what we feed our snakes.

  • wait tell that snake eats u

  • Snakes do not always NEED to eat live food, many snakes will eat frozen pre-killed food. In the case of my snake and millions of others the only way she will eat is to catch it herself.

  • @dougyyyyy

Dude, she's fawking beautiful! I can tell by her muscle you take great care of her! Healthy snakes have very smooth muscles up where the neck and body join. In other words, it isn't rigid. Does she cuddle? I knew a friend in middle school who had a python that cuddled. <333

  • Do snakes HAVE to eat live creatures or is there a possibility of you feeding them like some sort of snake food bought at a petstore???? ..

  • @tilliez They kinda do have to because if you feed it frozen or dead food it can give them digestion problems and in turn kill the snake. And as dougyyyyy said the only way medusa will eat is by eating the things she catches herself.

  • EVERYONE MELD THIS VIDEO AND DOUGYYYYY'S CHANNEL !!!!!!!

  • I love your snake she should meet mine I think they would get along.

  • wow i enjoyed that, i mite watch it again hahaha, listen 2 it squeal 4 its life....gnarlyyyy

  • a rat wit huge ballz!!! lol

  • @MariboroMoe1 hahahaha i know!

  • gnarly

  • feed her with your little cock (if you have a cock)

  • i fuck u dead mom ! u fucking pussy !

  • something caught my attention that these snakes are slow when eating

  • Right, on this guy's other video. everyone is bitching about the fact he fed a rabbit to the snake. But when it's a rat everyone's joining in on the fact that a rat has been eaten. Noones complaining. So what, Rabbits are cuter than Rats, they're both fucking pets in some homes. So whats the huge fuss.

  • its maybe because rats are useless? and no one likes them? and if this heartless person would feed it that then poor thing....

  • That is one sweet-looking snake! She seems so happy in the pictures. I wish I could get a big python, but I got owned in an accident.

Hey, could you explain something to me? (I'm baffled by all this!) Do you know where people get the notion that rodents are innocent? And what do they mean by this? Given that Nature has no courts or morals to speak of, how could this or that rodent or species have somehow obeyed "Nature's Moral Code" to absolve it from participating in the food chain? d;^)

  • what the F! with 0:21

  • You must be sick to watch the rat struggle for its life and even film it

  • The struggling only happened for a few seconds dumb ass. xDDDD

  • yea indeed theres not much to strugle about...I wouldnt even bother struggling if i were ta rat:P

  • shit, if i was about to die like the rat ill try and bite the snakes anyway i can. cant hurt to try.. bad as vids btw

  • medusa is so pretty! but a rat is just a small step, she would probably be able to eat a piglet by her size XD

  • Oh, please. Rats, Guinea Pigs, Mice, Rabbits, and other cute, innocent, furry animals get eaten like this in the wild ALL THE TIME. Thats why rodents and the like breed/reproduce like madness. They're here to feed other animals. They're on the bottom of the food chain. I'm sorry, but that's mother nature, no matter how cruel it may seem.

  • your right- if there worent animals like snakes, the rodent population would be out of control.

  • Exactly. Thank you.

  • @Fruuze "Mother Nature" my arse. Stop banging on about it.

  • @boffinme80 Excuse me? I hardly see how I'm "banging on about it" since I posted that single comment over a fucking year ago.

I honestly don't know the point of bothering to reply to whiners who bitch about facts of life, but sometimes people's ignorance is too funny and good to pass up.

  • @Fruuze Wow someone's got a crowbar up their arse. The point is is that you insist that it's always "mother's nature" and people should get over it. Nature is cruel, even if it is nature. Nothing's fair in life. Ever considered thinking of that?

  • that rat has a new home now safe inside of medusa's stomach.

  • snakes are so fucking creepy

  • I hate hear a rat shout ..:(

    tsktsktsk...

  • Isn't a rat too small for medusa...?

  • hope it eats him

  • lol at some of these comments. I wouldn't keep a snake as a pet personally, but not because I have anything against them. I have a long history of being terrible with pets. But I have nothing against those that choose too. I used to be pretty scared of snakes but really, they're peaceful creatures.

"So let me get this straight, snakes were born and made to become kept by humans as pets" No animal was created to be pets. But having a pet dog or cat is viewed as the norm? Please elaborate.

  • I think the key difference is that unlike other pets like snakes and rodents, Cats and dogs have been domesticated over thousands of years to the point that they do not need to be kept in an aquariums and cages. They live out and along side their human counterparts and have become more intelligent from human contact. These animals just are not wild anymore. Most animals are not created to be pets as you say. But I would say modern cats and dogs are.

  • When dogs and cats were first domesticated, they had to be kept in cages in kennels. Why is it when someone leaves their dogs outside, they are tied up or put in a cage? The dog will still run off, with your logic, none of our animals should be domesticated.

Snakes are intelligent, too bad you are too ignorant to be able to see that.

    Your logic is laughable.

  • Okay Trippy Let me ask you a few questions. When was the last time you threw a ball and your snake retrieved it? Or when was the last time your snake jumped up in your lap to show affection? Or took you snake for a walk on a leash in the park? Now I don't know where the hell you ever got the idea that I think no animals should be domesticated but you need to wipe the crust out of your eyes or clean your glasses. I think snakes can be neat pets but they are not as intelligent as cats or dogs.

  • Being TRAINED to fetch a ball doesn't make a dog smart, hun, throwing a ball over and over again, and the dog being rewarded for doing so, doesn't make the dog a genius. The dog doesn't love you, it loves that you bring it food, dumb ass.

Snakes are pretty damned smart, my snake is smarter than my dog, idiot.

  • look at the despair in the rats innocent eyes..it was doomed from the start =(

  • corr, just the impacted nearly killed the rat

  • *not directly replying* but humanely or not, this is nature. nature can be a cruel bitch at times, but thats life. everyone and everything has to face it, like it or not.

  • beautiful snake btw =]

  • wow people calm the fuck down this is the most natural thing eversnakes eat rats its called the food chain!! Humans breeding thousands od cows to slaughter and eat is way worse than this so fukin chill

  • Its not natural for snakes to live in houses, its not natural for snakes to be around humans, its not natural the temperatures we keep them in, etc etc etc. So saying "well feeding the guinea pigs is natural" whilst your snake is in a bloody apartment is kinda defeating your "point".

  • snakes are pets you dumbshit. so yes it is natural.

  • Thanks, you have just made me laugh :).

So let me get this straight, snakes were born and made to become kept by humans as pets. Lmao! God, its dumb little idiots like you that make normal people have a lol. So its not natural for snakes to be in deserts, catching natural food, hunting, slithering over miles on sand with the sun on their backs? Humans just shoved a few of their pet snakes into the wild, and its really snakes like these that are the natural ones? Bullshit.

  • if it wasn't somewhat natural, then they'd be dead after a week. Snakes can adapt to environments because they are cold-blooded.

  • Well, if we got you and shoved you in a hamster cage, gave you water, other essentials to live, but made sure you ate and kept you at a reasonable temperature, yeah - you'd live. But would it be natural. Answer, no.

We'd adapt, simply because we had the bare basics for life, food, water and being kept at a heat we can put up with. Enjoyable? No.

How on EARTH is this natural. PLEASE answer me that. It has no sand, no miles of desert, no little rats and other animals, etc.

  • To be honesy about the natural environment thing the snake is adaptable due to its primative brain and way of thinking. A snake isnt a social reptile it only has primative motor and visual responses. Ie it only wants to eat drink and get as big as it can. Also albinos do not ever get past the baby size in the wild due to the lack of camoflage allowing predators to hunt them easily when they are born.(ps pythons are a jungle snake and woulld last a matter of hours like me or you in the desert).

  • Seriously you people that complain, the title says it all if you dont want to see it dont watch it! all these idiots making threats, go eat another hamburger you dumbass hypocrites.

Food Chain: Rodents, bottom. Snakes, top. rodents are Prey, there food, thats what nature intends them to be, FOOD.

  • @boffinme80 My comment was over a year old, you're that upset about it?

Why watch a video if you don't approve of it's content? That's like walking into a strip club and complaining about the nudity. Some people find the mechanism and kill process of a snake fascinating so why shouldn't it be on here. If you appreciated nature for what it is, you would understand.

If you delight in a hamburger then are equally as gruesome and disgusting as the poster, so drop the hypocrisy.

  • snakes eat rodents come on 5 stars

  • What the fucks your problem eh? you make me sick, you arent Canadian. Go back to the country you came from that kills cats, dogs, foxes, racoons, cows and almost anything you bamboo faces can get ur hands on. Its called nature.

  • ok just so u kno that is my opinion and i live in Edmonton AB Canada!i dont kill any animals at all k?!the guy could've given it 2 him humaely?ever heard of dat word?plus how come i cant leave a comment like dat wen ppl like u post comments bout those helpless creatures!i dont eat animals at all k?im vegan!and dont reply

  • Nature doesn't involve a camera and a sighn that says "Dougyyyy Productions" at the front.

  • The video didnt have anything to do with it really, wether it was there or not, the snake still would have ate.

  • Jareksmok: In response to you saying nature doesn't have cameras and signs that say Dougyyyy Productions...

Actually, on a small island west of Samoa, you can see wild Dougggy Production Signs wandering as far as the eye can see. It's really interesting to see these signs in their natural habitat.

As for cameras, I don't think I need to mention the wild camera infestation in Ireland in 1958. It ended with 50,000 or more caught on film.

  • You sir, win the interwebs. I actually lol'd
