If you look at the baby hygiene supplies video it's at 1:48 and it shows the different items needed but otherwise if the baby is born in the hospital they will give you the belly button disinfectant and cleaner before you leave. If they don't, remind them. If you are doing a home-birth you want to get a brand that is recommended by the mid-wife, Ob-Gyn or Pediatrician. Usually it's a PH neutral anti-septic. Some recommend just soap and water but make sure the water is sterile
