I would have the ability to control molecules and shit. You could make the molecules in a table move faster until it was liquified, then move them faster and turn the liquid into a gas and let the molecules go and watch them disappear into the air. You could also reshape them or something. And if you were quick enough and someone shot at you with a bullet, you could stop it. The weakness is that you'd have to concentrate really hard.
After reading some comments i would choose to manupikate atoms you would not only be able te reconstruct things but you can also melt things or turn is in to steam even make fire weakness :probaly a few second limit till it will melt
Control over magnetic fields! Think about it. Everything has a magnetic field, and everything is held together by magnetic fields. Not only could you just dissolve your enemies, but you could walk through walls, move things around (throw stuff at your enemy, make things float to you, etc.), fly......like telekinesis only BETTER!
The Ability to stop time would be the best. because it would be the same as telekinesis but with better defensive abilities... like stuff comes flying at you. boom you stop time move around it, go up to your enemy, unstop time and punch him in the face. Epic win

first, to be unaffected by age past puberty. when my body would reach full maturity, my body would not change on its own. i would still be subject to sickness, and i could be killed, but by living a healthy life style, i could wait until science has reached a point where sickness would be a thing of the past, ie. curing cancer or genetic diseases

Time. Time is like the ultimate super power. If you are taking a test it'll be wicked easy to cheat, just pause time and look at your notes! You wont have to do homework: just take it out then fast foward a half hour, when it's done! You could do whatever you want, just for the experience, then rewind to before it happened. If you ever want to diet, you could just fast foward to when the diet is done. Like I said, ultimate super power.
i would have either shapeshifting or control over time... with shapesshifting, you change what you look like... colors and shapes... if you turns into something like a cat, you would have the mind of a cat and not be able to turn back... so you'd have to turn into something smart enough to change you back. also, if you turned into an object, you can't turn back or live because you dont have a brain or any vital organs.

I would say Super Speed. Fast enough to run on air, and therefor fly, and also the ability to vibrate yourself too fast to be seen by the human eye, making you invisible as well.
I would want to have the ability to turn back time. I could correct my mistakes, I could win the lottery, I could help someone from dying, if something I had done could have altered their course and make my brother say, not get hit by a truck while riding on his bike. (even though that never really happened, just an example) I could keep him at school a little longer to where that truck would have already passed by. USEFUL! :)
The ability to control time. The defensive capabilities would be incredible. Anything bad happening, pause time and move out of the way. The offensive capabilities would be awesome as well. Imagine fighting an enemy you can't even react to. And if I hit someone when time is slowed down, but I'm still normal, from there perspective, my fist would be traveling faster than a bullet.
I agree with the TK power. Another overlooked aspect of it is that you could move air away from someone, and suffocate them (villians only). Also, you mentioned the defensive capabilities of TK. I think that if, for example, someone was shooting at you, stopping the bullets would be impossible just from the sheer velocity. Turning them, however, might work. Then you get into the ethics of 'but who does it hit?' and this is where you need a sidekick with SUPER MORALS!
With VERY precise telekinesis, defense is amazing!! Anything coming at you? Deflected, thank you very much. On top of that, you can manipulate proton an neutron to change matter on a basic molecular level, or photons so they don't bounce off you, making you invisible, or creating a black out zone, or the opposite, a blinding ray. Or you could force someone's eyes to close, it's really simpler. Telekinesis, when extremely precise, is THE shit.
Power to open portals would be pretty damn cool, it would be limited to earth as its weakness. Imagine it! I could easily stick my hand into a bank vault and get money, i could make a group of terrorists appear in the middle of the ocean. You could make the molecules in a table move faster until it was liquified, then move them faster and turn the liquid into a gas and let the molecules go and watch them disappear into the air. You could also reshape them or something. And if you were quick enough and someone shot at you with a bullet, you could stop it. The weakness is that you'd have to concentrate really hard.

After reading some comments i would choose to manupikate atoms you would not only be able te reconstruct things but you can also melt things or turn is in to steam even make fire weakness :probaly a few second limit till it will melt

Control over magnetic fields! Think about it. Everything has a magnetic field, and everything is held together by magnetic fields. Not only could you just dissolve your enemies, but you could walk through walls, move things around (throw stuff at your enemy, make things float to you, etc.), fly......like telekinesis only BETTER!

there are two powers that i feel i could have. one or the other of course, but i can't decide
first, to be unaffected by age past puberty. when my body would reach full maturity, my body would not change on its own. i would still be subject to sickness, and i could be killed, but by living a healthy life style, i could wait until science has reached a point where sickness would be a thing of the past, ie. curing cancer or genetic diseases

Time. Time is like the ultimate super power. If you are taking a test it'll be wicked easy to cheat, just pause time and look at your notes! You wont have to do homework: just take it out then fast foward a half hour, when it's done! You could do whatever you want, just for the experience, then rewind to before it happened. If you ever want to diet, you could just fast foward to when the diet is done. Like I said, ultimate super power.

I could correct my mistakes, I could win the lottery, I could help someone from dying, if something I had done could have altered their course and make my brother say, not get hit by a truck while riding on his bike. The ability to control time. The defensive capabilities would be incredible. Anything bad happening, pause time and move out of the way. The offensive capabilities would be awesome as well. Imagine fighting an enemy you can't even react to. And if I hit someone when time is slowed down, but I'm still normal, from there perspective, my fist would be traveling faster than a bullet.

I agree with the TK power. Another overlooked aspect of it is that you could move air away from someone, and suffocate them (villians only). Also, you mentioned the defensive capabilities of TK. I think that if, for example, someone was shooting at you, stopping the bullets would be impossible just from the sheer velocity. Turning them, however, might work. Then you get into the ethics of 'but who does it hit?' and this is where you need a sidekick with SUPER MORALS!

With VERY precise telekinesis, defense is amazing!! Anything coming at you? Deflected, thank you very much. On top of that, you can manipulate proton an neutron to change matter on a basic molecular level, or photons so they don't bounce off you, making you invisible, or creating a black out zone, or the opposite, a blinding ray. Or you could force someone's eyes to close, it's really simpler. Telekinesis, when extremely precise, is THE shit.

The ability to just 'jump' locations like in the movie Jumpers, lol! Why have to unlock anything when you can just 'jump' into that room or space? And then you can travel the entire world (or universe?) without having to deal with customs and stuff! Using it for good is so easy as well. A gunman holding a guy hostage, just warp in front of him, rip the gun from them, kick their ass and be done with it! Vigilante justice! xD
