  • @LilRoxyGurl13 No. Cat's are able to make those sounds. I have had cats for years, and only a couple made this similar sound. Not all cats do this, but the more vocal ones do. Also, look up other videos on youtube, and google it to educate yourself.

  • I will not tell how many times I have watched this. I love it and smile so hard each time. My cat talks too but, something about another trying so hard to teach the other cat to talk is so funny.
