  • One of Lars Von Trier best.

  • Shes just too talented, she can sing and write music but not only that, she is a very very talented actress. I love bjork. Shes so amazing. I would love to have a covetsation with her it would be the most interesting conversation in the world.

  • Hahah I agree with AnthonyTourist ;))

  • Everyone should watch this before they turn 13, or at least 10.

Just to get a sensational meaning of life

  • この世界で最も美しく、残酷な愛のカタチ。

    母親になりたいという衝動は何物にも換えがたいのでしょう。

    心が潰れる音を聞いた気がしました。

  • I just love how they give up one of the main spoiler in the trailer.

  • OMG I can't believe that there is 20% chance I will get the role as the son in dancer in the dark as an opera!

  • 先日初めて映画を見ました。。

    今、改めてこの予告を見て、ビョークの世界観にしびれました!!!曲聴くだけで泣けてきます。本当に素晴らしい!!

  • I hate musicals, but i love this film. She has such an amazing, delicate voice. Beautiful work of art.

i want to see it,but two persons told me that it was very very bad,is that true?

  • I have seen this movie and it is my favorite film! Please give it a chance. I can tell it's the kind of film most yahoos wouldn't get. But I thought it was wonderful!

  • This film is not bad. It is beautiful and sad. You should like Bjork singing as it is kind of a muscial.

  • Not bad at all, it's just sort of experimental art cinema, there's no tom cruise in here if you know what i mean.

  • it is sad , not bad

  • that's crazy... this is one of the better films I've ever seen.

  • NO! Most people who don't like this movie are bios because they don't like Bjork, but she does a fantastic job in this film

  • Asian is not a language, tard.

  • Such a beautiful, heart wrenching movie.

  • best triers' movie ever!

  • this was definitely more powerful than breaking the waves (in my opinion) but i think it was bjorks singing that did the trick.

  • Lars Von Trier=genius

    Bjork=brilliant

  • alwaysfilming with a hand camera^^ great

  • I really really love Bjork and I still cant find her movie on video stores. I wanna share this movie with my friends. Its so very REAL. Gosh. I'm crying everytime I see this video. Thanks for posing it here. I love you guys. And I have a big RESPECT for Bjork, who seemed not growing old. She's always young looking. How old is she anyway?

  • she's something with 40, i think :/

but i am not shure. I just know that she is over 40 years old, and she still looks amazing!

  • Thank you for upload this with asian subtitle. Understand better now. LOL

  • juuuuuust throwing this question out there

    did bjork direct this?

    or was it someone else?

    xxx

  • It was directed by Lars Von Trier..

    Kisses ^_^

  • Björk wrote most of the songs though.

  • Lars von Trier co-wrote most of them.

  • Lars Von Trier wrote "I've seen it all".

  • Actually, he's credited as a writer on every song. I'm not sure to what degree he was involved, but he is credited for working on them anyway.

  • Working on them of course, it was his movie and he did review all of the songs- But "I've seen it all" was the only song entirely written by him.

  • Makes sense, thanks for the info.

  • really?

  • Yes. Anyone who's familiar with Björk's work would definitely be able to tell that song from the rest.

  • i was just crying like if this was real bjork. damn when you fell in love of this woman you just cant get over it. great film. i hate my dad because he said she won an award for best actress because she paid some money, stupid dad he loves bruce willis and shit like that. LOVE BJORK!!

  • Im going to kill your dad with my own hands. bruce willis is nothing compared with Bjork hahhahaha

  • yes, and i'm gonna help you for that. Hahaha. Just kidding. Just respect what her/his dads oppinion. Bjork for me is much deeper than anyone else out there in hollywood.

  • wait wait whats the name of of the song thats playing at first

  • Scatterheart by Bjork

  • the best movie i have ever seen

    it changed my life

  • DO NOT WATCH THIS TRAILER! it has WAY TOO MANY SPOILERS!

    beautiful movie, watch that first

  • Esta pélicula me dejó shockeado. Parece que la vida es así.

  • This film left me emotionally drained for hours. Unbelievably well acted especially by Bjork. As Lars Von Trier says "a film should be like a rock in your shoe". This one certainly was. Bjork is just beautiful!

  • epic

  • The Movie is Just so tragic and Amazing!

I you not have yet, You need to see Dancer in The Dark!

  • This is one of the best movies I have ever seen, Bjork did an absolutely amazing job, it brought tears to my eyes.

  • I hated it... -the trailer that is.

    The flick is a masterpiece.

  • selma is alot like bjork

  • Yes they both hear music in their head and they're both cute. Stating the obvious here!!

  • Sick, truly sick. Zeza.

  • Fuk!! this trailer always make me cry!!

  • me,too.

  • me too :P

  • Easily the best acting performance in film history could go to Bjork for this movie. She was so convincing and natural, plus the Dogme 95 aspect of the film made it feel almost as if you were watching a documentary.

  • The visuals, combined with the perfection of the musical scenes made for one hell of a movie and I've honestly never seen my mum cry so much in one movie. However, the most powerful aspect of the entire movie was a song in which Bjork merely sang numbers. It's shocking, the raw human qualities this film possesses.

  • a very breathtaking movie..i cried for the last 30 minutes of the movie..

  • I cried to this trailer..

    I cried to this movie..

    Defenitly my favorite movie...

  • so deep and disturbing.I couldn't watch it for a second time.

  • la pelìcula más poderosa que halla visto en hasta ahora!

  • dude i cried when i saw this trailer

i really want to see the movie

    i love björk

  • I cry with this movie

  • Lars Von Trier's masterpiece put Björk into a world that just needed this kind of powerful drama performance. She was awesome, breathtaking and spellbinding. One of the best movies ever. "Dance in the Dark" is an unforgettable experience that everybody must see it. Björk got "Palm D'Or" the best award than an Oscar. She was prized in the whole world for her beautiful worj as an actress.

  • BYOOKU !!!!!!

  • Now Katakana-ise her last name... kehehe

  • Guðmundsdottír:

    Ga-vo-fu-mi-n-du-sa-do-ta

    HAHAHA.

  • Me & my friend were so shocked at the end of this movie we couldn't talk about anything. We went for a cup of coffee and sat there in silence. :)

I'm a Bjork lover, but hands down to Lars von Trier.

And Bjork... Brilliang in everything she does. ;)

  • Her performance was one of the best I've ever seen captured on screen. She didn't get nominated for an Oscar, but this performance is so beyond an Oscar. There's not enough praise to give her for the amount of emotional baggage and rawness that she brought to Selma. I was shaken for weeks after seeing the movie. My friends all told me I would freak out, but it was far beyond what I expected. Absolutely incredible job from Bjork and Von Trier!

  • Bjork is a sheer genius.

  • this is a seriously live changing movie. one of the best i have ever seen.

  • this movie rox

  • iloveditbestmovie

  • compelling movie
