Crit+ Mastery is definitely the way to go. Up until recently, I was always an imp blink guy, don't hate me. I liked the sprint, but I realised the 2 sec stun is SO crucial when kiting melee + killing healers.

In addition, I'd recommend you to be using a main hand and offhand, as you gain the same amount of stats but you can have two enchants (power torrent and 40 int on OH). In addition, when trying to kill a totem it is much quick if in the unlikely event than you're oom you can just shank it. Also saves a GBC =)

I'd recommend (as frost) stack your intellect/crit/hit into gems, Intellect primarily, and reforge until you have 10/11 mastery. Once you have that much Mastery you can reforge to crit, there is no need for haste at all. try to get as close to 4% hit cap as possible. Check my video (my first video so it's ultimately SHIT editing, sorry) to see how this setup works out. Nice video mate - Well explained =)

Mate, pretty nice video you got there ;) Just have a fue things I might think would help you a little.

-Take the (Ruthless) Spell Penetration neck and the Mastery cloak. Then you get the Spell Pen you need. -Don't go for pure int in you sockets... Go for in reds, ofc int. In Yellow pure mastery(this will boost it VERY much. In blue go for Mastery+hit, in that way you maybe somewhere can reforge your hit rating into mastery=overpoweredness ;)

The Frostfire Bolt glyph will make it your highest damage spell, plus you get a dot against stealth.

Frostfire Orb talents will slow people down significanly and far away for 15 seconds and it procs Brain Freeze like crazy.

Cone of Cold glyph? Hah.. no.

@BenYadon you're giving poor advice. Frostmages score kills in big shatter combos. The Frostfire Glyph greatly increases the damage of your instant frostfires.

Cone of Cold does terrible damage regarldess of whether its Glyphed or not, and its damage increase will almost never make a difference when it comes to scoring a kill.
